Awesome spot for desserts! We got the Hokkaido milk crepe cake, mango tango shaved ice and kaya toast. The crepe cake is a solid dessert, nothing crazy special. The mango tango was super delicious.Their shaved ice must use coconut cream or milk since it was very coconut-y. The sticky rice was incredible, one of the best I've had.The kaya toast was also not bad. It's an interesting dessert with a nice contrast between the warm toast and cold ice cream. Loved the kaya cream that they used--exactly the flavour I was expecting and love. I do wish they used a milk bread though or a more fluffy bread to soak up more of the cream and ice cream.Overall, had a great time eating their tasty desserts! Would 100% recommend.

Food was alright but I don’t like how I am a party of three and was told to sit at a miniscule table while a party of two that came in right after me was seated at the largest table.I also have to wait around 40 minutes for any food to come out which the waiter did not warn me about when I came in, claiming that there is only one chef working.

Naya is one of the best, and my go to dessert shops in San Francisco. This perfectly compasses a mixture of asian (mostly thai) desserts and new trendy flavors. From unique flavors like thai tea, seseme, lychee, matcha, bingsu, crepe cakes, and more this dessert shop is perfect for a relaxing date at a cute cafe. Although service may be slow at times, it is still one of my all time favorite dessert shops for it's cute appearance and delicious desserts. Other than dessert, they also offer other regular meals!Dietary restrictions: mango sticky rice is vegan!

Delicious food. Recommend the fried rice with pork shoulder, fried fish cakes and mango sticky rice dessert. Hole in the wall place. Super cute and cozy. Fast service.

I'm constantly coming here for their Mango sticky rice shaved ice but everything on the menu is solid. The toast is half a loaf of bread so it's plenty to share. Nice late night dessert spot.

The service lady is kinda rude, seems she doesn’t care us. We were trying to confirm an order and she was so unhappy and almost raised her voice. That’s actually the second time I felt uncomfortable with her service. We did kept the order in the end but very disappointed experience. :(

A cute dessert cafe located in the Richmond district. I used to come here all the time with my friends in high school. They sell honey toast boxes, bingsu, crepes, and all sorts of aesthetic desserts. I came here with 3 other friends and we ordered the Kaya toasted (pandan custard sauce, young coconut, banana, almond, and vanilla ice cream). It was a solid ratio of toppings/fillings to toast box. I hate when you're nearing the end of eating the toast box and there's just so much dry toast cubes. Naya is open til midnight so it's a good option for relatively late night dessert!

I'm sorry, but the people at Naya need to get it together. Look, I get that you're hella busy. But I also know that with the level of success and your over-priced desserts, you can afford to hire more staff... especially staff who can take an order correctly. It's not respectful to take a phone order, repeat what I order, and then find out that it was wrong. Adding insult to injury, you then expect me to drive all the way back to pick up the right order? As an experienced server and restauranteur, you should, at least, offer a discount or credit for my next order. Judging by the other negative reviews, I'm not alone. That said, you've lost a customer.

NaYa Dessert Cafe is so cute! Their space is small but quaint in a good way. Thai dessert places have been popping up recently in my city, but NaYa has been around for a while and honestly feels like they are paving the trend in Thai-related desserts.I ordered the Kaya Toasted to share with my friend. It's a sort of carved-in brick toast with pandan custard sauce, ice cream, and bananas on the side. The balance of the ice cream and toast had a balancing contrast, and I enjoyed the sweetness from the pandan. Good spot to get your dessert cravings in, hope to try out the other items on their menu!

NaYa is one of the restaurants in the Richmond District that opens quite late at night. It's a good place to grab late night bites and desserts. The wait time can be a bit long on the weekends and around 9 PM.Food: 4/5. I love their dessert food -- always solidly delicious. I like to order their toasts and roti. Their toasts are crispy and drizzled with the creamiest custard. I highly recommend their salted egg toasts. It's a perfect balance of savory goodness and sweet delight. The dessert roti is soooo flakey and goes so well with their Thai tea custard. Although their food is amazing, the price is a bit on the expensive side. A toast can cost around $18.Service: 2/5. Usually very busy. They serve food on paper plates and bowls so the presentation of the food is a bit lacking. Due to how busy they are, we have had multiple encounters where they give us the check after 2 mins of serving the food. I felt a bit pressured to finish our food quickly. Other than that, the staff is decently nice.

If you plan on taking your time to enjoy your food and catching up with your friends, this is not the place. They expect you to order, eat, AND LEAVE right away. This dessert place has a lot of options and variety of desserts/food dishes, however your experience can be a hit or miss depending on how busy they are. Came in around 10pm on a Wednesday night for a group of 9. My dessert was 4/5 but experience was more so 1/5. Dessert/food took 25-60 min to come out and it was like 5 min intervals for each dish so half our party finished eating while the other half were still waiting on their items. Seems like they only have 1 person making dessert which might explain the long wait. Couple things to note: 1. They only set up 8 chairs and servers didn't bother helping us get another chair, we had to ask another table for their extra since that's the only one left in the whole place. 2. Food/dessert came out SUPER slow and other tables who got sat and ordered after us got all their items before our table??3. They pressure you to leave by dropping off the tab while some of us were still eating...4. The guy making the dessert was constantly staring at our party and other tables making it uncomfortable to finish our food at our own pace. Felt so rushed and sort of ruined the experience. I understand that new customers are waiting and store might want to seat as many people as they can but it's a bit disrespectful to push our table to leave and when someone at our table is still eating due to the fact that their food came so much later than the rest of the table. Prices were a bit expensive but nonetheless, the salted egg croffle was yummy! Honestly, I probably wouldn't want to come back as there's other options in the same area that serve similar items that do not rush their customers to leave!!!Also, automatic 18% service charge is added onto the bill. I always leave a good tip but the service we received tonight most definitely did not deserve 18%.

We ordered the strawberry crepe cake and the waiter used his bare hands to scoop the strawberries with syrup on them and try serving that to us. THATS A HEALTH CODE VIOLATION AND UTTERY DISGUSTINGWe cancelled our order and walked out

Much less waiting, but the same old good taste at this branch. Loved the ferrero crepe again, and tried+loved the thai tea crepeVisited again. This time got the banana nutella rolls. It was a little sweeter than I like but it was delicious nonetheless.

For some reason this location is not as good as the Octavia one. There was no wait when I went in on a Tuesday night, but it is one of the few dessert places open past 10.I was disappointed by the presentation of the food. I don't remember when the switch to compostable containers for dine-in happened. Flavor wise it was pretty good but the shaved ice was definitely extra sweet. The savory options were a bit better though.Service seemed slow and slightly forgetful. It was an ok experience but there are better options around this area. If you want to eat at Naya, I would recommend the one in Hayes instead.
