Lousy service and high prices for printer paper. I was at the store for over half an hour checking out printers and no sales person ever came by to see if I had any questions. The store was practically empty with three sales people in store. When I eventually asked questions, sales person was very no helpful and had a poor customer attitude. Won't be going back.

Amazing customer experience. Called and actually got a live person to help me place an urgent next day printing order! Then people at the store were so helpful when I called. It's so rare to find good customer service these days and a I was blown away by how helpful and competent everyone was!

It would be great if someone picked up my numberous calls, it sounded like they ignore the calls or they'll pick up and quickly hang up, or not say anything and I will hear background noise for several minutes. Very frustrating to get a hold of anyone in any department here.

This store is truly a huge community resource, uniquely serving, as i understand, not only our neighborhood but also the city of San Francisco. The store seems adequately stocked, but most importantly, their personnel - at least the individuals i was lucky to encounter - were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. My order-online-pickup-at-store hit a couple of snags but they were quickly overcome with the help of associates. i will single out Michael and Many by name from the few that i interacted with. Having this store and the associates in the neighborhood is awesome.
