I liked that location very much!I also liked the young male employee who helped me, served me, and took my pic with the blue and white dog there in the window, too!???

Couldn't find old navy. Found some gloves and hats in sale for practically nothing. Place looks scourged. The big time store is just gone.

I made a special effort to come here. The bahn-mi i had nearby was the highlight The workers are bored. The clothes are meh. 20 years ago, old navy had the midas touch. I can't understand who they are trying to attract. The have signs saying how special and unique it is, but the candy seems more wearable than the dreadful clothing. Old Navy cant make anything unique bc they are trying to be everything to every human on earth and perhaps mars. I do not understand why they AT THE LEAST dont sell even one item that says "Old navy san francisco"!?!? They claim to be special but then they sell sticker bars and the most unobtrusive clothing in the world. I was bummed I thought it was gonna be way cooler. They're amongst people that live in $5000 a month apartments selling things that I don't even understand what's going on. Maybe it's the millennials running the program after all they probably help build the millennium tower that's an uneven with marbles rolling across their apartments. I don't know what's going on here I'm just bummed it was very odd. I can't figure out who they're making the clothes for?? I went to the Gap Store and it was equally as vapid--the workers were amazing I'm just bummed they have to try to sell literally the most boring clothing ever I'm just really bummed #esprit1980's

I ordered online and received my order and to be quite honest it was a mess. I opened the package and the clothes was not in individual wrapping within the package like I know it is supposed to be as I used to work there. The clothes was not even folded and when I went to try on a pair of leggings I was stabbed by a pin left from a security tag. I then checked my other pairs and 2 of the 3 pairs still had security tag pins in them. This is dangerous and could have been damaging to all my merchandise.

A small Old Navy, so not a vast choice.Even so, it is fairly comprehensive. The staff in this store are super helpful, they can't do enough for you, great service!

Very disappointed to say the least of this excursion.Took the 12 Folsom bus with family to get there on a Sunday afternoon.Guess they were still setting up after they closed the main store at 4th and Market.Don't go there expecting full inventory of the ads they send you over the internet.Bare minimum selections and the store is small.Downsizing would be a joke.Couldn't use the $30 cash coupon they sent although I would have spent over $200+ if the inventory was good.Back to the other remaining store in Emeryville.Only saving grace was I got to see Gap headquarters up close and enjoyed the day at the Embarcadero.Otherwise it was a wasted trip to Old Navy.
