I made a special effort to come here. The bahn-mi i had nearby was the highlight The workers are bored. The clothes are meh. 20 years ago, old navy had the midas touch. I can't understand who they are trying to attract. The have signs saying how special and unique it is, but the candy seems more wearable than the dreadful clothing. Old Navy cant make anything unique bc they are trying to be everything to every human on earth and perhaps mars. I do not understand why they AT THE LEAST dont sell even one item that says "Old navy san francisco"!?!? They claim to be special but then they sell sticker bars and the most unobtrusive clothing in the world. I was bummed I thought it was gonna be way cooler. They're amongst people that live in $5000 a month apartments selling things that I don't even understand what's going on. Maybe it's the millennials running the program after all they probably help build the millennium tower that's an uneven with marbles rolling across their apartments. I don't know what's going on here I'm just bummed it was very odd. I can't figure out who they're making the clothes for?? I went to the Gap Store and it was equally as vapid--the workers were amazing I'm just bummed they have to try to sell literally the most boring clothing ever I'm just really bummed #esprit1980's

I ordered online and received my order and to be quite honest it was a mess. I opened the package and the clothes was not in individual wrapping within the package like I know it is supposed to be as I used to work there. The clothes was not even folded and when I went to try on a pair of leggings I was stabbed by a pin left from a security tag. I then checked my other pairs and 2 of the 3 pairs still had security tag pins in them. This is dangerous and could have been damaging to all my merchandise.

A small Old Navy, so not a vast choice.Even so, it is fairly comprehensive. The staff in this store are super helpful, they can't do enough for you, great service!

Very disappointed to say the least of this excursion.Took the 12 Folsom bus with family to get there on a Sunday afternoon.Guess they were still setting up after they closed the main store at 4th and Market.Don't go there expecting full inventory of the ads they send you over the internet.Bare minimum selections and the store is small.Downsizing would be a joke.Couldn't use the $30 cash coupon they sent although I would have spent over $200+ if the inventory was good.Back to the other remaining store in Emeryville.Only saving grace was I got to see Gap headquarters up close and enjoyed the day at the Embarcadero.Otherwise it was a wasted trip to Old Navy.

I have had the worst experience with my online order and with a return. First 2 pairs of leggings I ordered were sent UPS I never received because UPS said that the package was empty. UPS stated they had contacted the sender but Old Navy never contacted me regarding this. I had to reach out to their customer service department. They refunded me and made me reorder them stating I would get the same discount. The difference in what I paid for the new order and what I was refunded was52 cents in Old Navy's favor. Why there was a difference no one could say. Then when I finally received the leggings one of them had a security tag attached to it. When I called customer service I had to return and reorder again! Mind you by this time I have spent hours on the phone with customer service having to speak with a supervisor because the rep was not able to help me. I also returned a 2 piece bathing suit both pieces were in the package I returned.Old Navy received the package on May 10th, on May 17th I got notification that I'm being refunded for the bottoms. Nothing about the top mentioned. When I called customer service they told me to call back on May 30th they need time to process the return. If part of the return is being processed and the other half was in the same package why would you need another 2 weeks to process the return? I will never purchase anything from Old Navy again this has been an absolute nightmare!

Gap Inc. is the parent company and the HQ is here and so it actually makes a lot of business sense that they would actually have the stores here as well. Their entire building had major renovations, and you're able to peek into different areas of the building if you walk around. It's pretty cool (especially compared to what it used to be!).There are SO many things to mention about this Old Navy, and I struggle to find a score that incorporates all of them. + This store is clean. Neat. Think Target on steroids. Aesthetically pleasing with the the color gradient overtaking the theme of the store + Sales associates are all very nice and do a great job with engaging with customers+ The store also has other items for sale in addition to the clothes, like candies... medicine... bandages... etc. (i guess there is where the imagine lab comes to play"- The store is small. Soooo small. This goes for the rest of the other brands as well at this location. I'm curious how many items they're able to have compared to your typical store- I don't think they had any baby gear. I went to both gap and old navy and no baby clothing at all. Maybe it has changed now... but with all of the young families in the area, what a missed opportunity (maybe it has changed now. I haven't been in months)- The items that I mentioned in the third "plus" are really... really random. I get that they're trying new things, but I wasn't sure if I stepped into Old Navy or a convenience store. Is it because there is a lack of a convenience store so they're trying to get into that? I could see if maybe there are kids who complain about being in a store and bam! Things to buy to calm them down. But I expect an Old Navy to actually have Old Navy (clothing) items. IMO I'd rather have the space for actual clothing rather than miscellaneous items that are neither here nor there.

Best Old Navy I have ever been to. Yes it’s smaller, but it is clean, spacious, bright, and inviting to stay a while. The employees are super knowledgeable about the entire store and give you one on one attention (if you want). This is a lab store so there are cool things that they literally don’t sell anywhere else and it will keep changing. I am definitely going back!
