Good friendly staff...Since the fire this place has refused returning calls regarding condition of pawned merchandise. Just recently I finally received an email stating my guitar and mandolin were OK, although the hard cases had "smoke damage" stating "they were stored upstairs ", they ignore the fact that the heat and smoke "RISE". After the "reopening ", I went in to inspect the above pawned items for damage the "older woman" "Refused". I objected, after which the "man", stated I could return the following day, to inspect for damage, only another $26 in cab fare...I have changed my 4 Stars to less than zero. Bad business practices...I will update review once I get my merchandise back...new place reeks of fire damaged merchandise.

Always have had exceptional service when conducting business and doing financial loan transactions. I used them many times when I needed cash for text books when I was in school. Always fair, always willing to meet your needs, professional and safe location. I gladly recommend them.

John is very respectful and kind but also to the point as far as business is concerned. I would say the same about Ms.Paula. It's a great pawn shop.

Maybe it's the neighborhood, but the attitude of the two people working the desk was very cranky and dismissive. Very much lived up to the stereotype of a pawn shop in a bad neighborhood. If that's the norm, I seriously question all these 5 star reviews. Definitely not worth running the gauntlet of sidewalk junkies and human excrement to be treated like that.

Excellent Service & Paula IS REALLY PROFESSIONAL I purchased a ring for my wife did not have all the money I mailed in a money order and they sent it to me ASAP I would highly recommend them very very very professional!!!!

I needed a monitor for mi roommate better than his small one mi friends at Pacific Loan made it happen for free I didn't expect that but it was because I have history with them and Marco called me a friend good people honest always helps me out I never get free stuff or gifts it meant a lot to me more to mi roommate

Ok people want a good business experience come on in. This business not only does good fair and honest business but treats you like a human not like a dog like my last experience at horrid Maxfred on Kearny and Sutter please don't be a fool go to a place where you are treated with respect I owe a debt of gratitude to this business because they treated me so well.
