Poor customer service. Asked if they could gift wrap and they declined since they had met their quota.
Asked when would be a good time to come back. They didn’t have an answer. Looked like 5 people staffed and two actively working.
I get that holidays are busy for a gift shop, but why decline fulfilling a service that you advertise as a core offering? At least have a talk track / queue system rather than saying I don’t know.

Super cute store, they didn't have what I was looking for but I enjoyed perusing. I was looking for a Daily planner, they only carried Weekly & Monthly in their store.

This paper source had some really cute stuff. Of course there are many craft stores like this one in San Francisco but this one had an amazing selection of funny cards or cute jellycats. The checkout person was very helpful and kind and while it may be a small store they still managed to pack many cool items that everyone would want. Overall I recommend this place.

I like little shop to browse through, and this store had quite a few interesting things. I've gone here multiple times for cute and somewhat quircky gifts.

A place that's always enjoyable!!
So many things that my son would love (though I think I enjoy them even more!!)
Be careful though - we might go in in the morning and end up staying until sunset!

A staff member (named Joy or Joyce from memory) was so helpful in wrapping some gifts! Very thoughtful and attentive. The final parcel looked terrific. Thank you!

I am a huge fan of paper source since 2007 but since Barnes and Noble bought it the supply chain has been challenging. Often when I go to this location they don't have a lot of items available in the paper bar. Chestnut Street branch has more.
