Came in to get my wedding suit - Randall was an absolute gem to work with. He put up with (slight) indecision requiring me to have 3 visits one including my fiancé. Really excited to wear this on my wedding day! Thanks so much Randall!

The staff at 50 Geary are very helpful and were very responsive when shopping for Christmas. The quality of their clothing/ accessories are top notch, stylish and inventive.

I've bought many garments from here, but unfortunately will not be bringing my business here any longer. I've received better customer service from much cheaper, less luxurious brands. Paul Smith does not seem to be a luxury brand in its quality nor customer service. And I highly recommend you do not visit this location.

I was not very impressed with this store's customer service. I was out hunting for new shoes and Paul Smith actually had brogues for women! I have tiny feet but really prefer mens style shoes so i was super excited to find masculine styled shoes in my size. I had recently been to Allen Edmonds where I purchased two of their shoes for work but was looking for something a little more exciting, which Paul Smith had for around the same prices as my Allen's. Unfortunately no one was able to assist me despite being in the store for a decent amount of time. I received one hello but no further assistance, even though I was actively holding a shoe. I felt that the store workers believed that I did not have any money to buy from them or was just looking so they chose to ignore me. Will not go back here despite carrying shoes and suits in my size. Super disappointed.
