I changed this from a 1 to a 5. I actually got some help from a manager and he really turned things around. It was actually nice to be heard. Also it was my first time actually using a warranty on something and he made things right.

Customer service was easy to deal with and replacement product is on its way. I did my request through the online website. I never had to call them. Total time was about two hours. They answered all my questions in a timely manner.

I love my pax products. I have two flower and two concentrate vaporizers.
They have lasted many camping, beach, and hiking trips.
They are always reliable and have been minimal maintenance over 5 years of ownership
Yes they are more money but I know I’m buying a quality product that’s gonna last.
