Dog food, toys, grooming, play camp, training and hotel in one shop. My Australian Sheppy stayed overnight for 2 days and seemed to enjoy his stay. Staff knows all the dogs by name and very friendly. Spacious store and aisles to move around with the big dogs.

The layout of the store I'm not used to Petsmart having a second floor. It wasn't easy finding what I needed until they said they had more stuff on the second floor. The employee that I found on the sales floors weren't that helpful. Good thing I found something I needed that was just randomly shelved. I called in and wanting to hold stuff for pick up but was told to do store pick up. Store could be organized more. Line was long but at least the cashiers were nice and hopeful.

On January 3rd at 7:40 AM, two female and one male employee treated me racistly, canceled my order, and kicked me out. They said they were the bosses and could do whatever they wanted. I found this unacceptable for this brand.

Worst experience ever. They had my dog for 2 1/2 days and allegedly bathed her both days. Then I get a phone call literally like 5 mins before I'm supposed to pick her up and I'm told they couldn't bathe her because she had diarrhea so bad it was like a faucet. So I pick her up and immediately she smelled 100x worse then when I dropped her off and she had poop all over her back legs and tail. Not to mention she was soaking wet and cold. We had to walk 2.3mi home and not even exaggerating a little bit, she was projectile pooping almost the entire walk and when she wasn't it was because i had stopped us so I could clean her up a little bit. I've read at least 4 other reviews that are identical to mine. My dog is still sick and I'm about to take her to emergency vet. I would never recommend them to anyone. I could say more but I'll just leave it at that.

This was the worst experience I've had; the staff are completely unhelpful and expect us to fend for ourselves. I don't understand what they're doing here, especially the male employees.

I love this PetSmart! The store is always well stocked, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Their doggy daycare and grooming are excellent—my puppy loves spending the day here with her friends. The “camp counselors” are wonderful, and the dogs are always happy and well cared for. Highly recommend!

Great place for pet owners, they truly have everything your furry friend could ever need. The issue, however, is the customer service. Many of the staff seem to be in a bad mood most of the time. That’s fine, everyone has off days, and whenever I needed help, they’ve been efficient.
The real problem is how delivery drivers are treated. I’ve seen it firsthand, they’re looked down on, as if they don’t belong there. During one of my visits, I had to step in and remind the employee that both the driver and I are customers, and we deserve the same respect.
The driver was clearly embarrassed and later told me this happens often, that they’re treated like criminals there.
I truly hope management sees this and rethinks how the team treats people who are just doing their jobs. Respect should always come first.

This is worst pets hotel, im on vacation m in Europe when they call me to pick up my dog because she was barking alot, they should accapt dog if they cannot take care of it, we are paying the assuring safety and comfort of the dog, they should close this hotel.
