If your carry on is already at 7 kilos when checking in do not buy anything from duty free and add to your carry on because they will re weigh your carry on bag at the gate.

Takes forever to process a refund for a flight that they cancelled. What a shame Philippine Airlines! Gush! Avoid booking with PAL, avoid the headache and save your money.

I paid $2k for a business class seats, and couldn't even get a meal. The headrest was also broken, and I'm a taller guy that had it against my back for the entire flight. Japan or Asiana is a much better choice if you want to get what you paid for.
