Our plane was on time to SFO but we were on a 30 min. hold due to another plane unloading at the gate. Our flight attendant was so kind, calm, and helpful to those worried whether there would be enough time to connect with their next flight with barely time to spare.

Polaris Lounge dining room always has to wait about an hour.I didn't want to give up, but I had to again, again, again today too......

This lounge is quite large with two separate areas allowing you to always find a quiet spot. There are plenty of outlets for charging(don't forget your charger). Unfortunately the second tea place disappears late at night and the main food area is sometimes quite tight. There is good wifi and friendly service.
