They are very disrespectful to the residents that live in the area near them ! They play the music so loud and add speakers to make it even louder we can’t even watch our tv’s even with our windows shut ! Blocks away from them even! I haven’t heard any decent music either for three years ! Never seen one popular group there either or heard them play there either! I live a block away and I can see the pool area very clearly and our stores don’t like them either! They can barely hear their customers ! They should relocate and go bother the rich people in sfca! I hope they close they are worse then the kin fu theater 8 blocks away on Larkin and geary thankfully they are shutting Down Jan 1 like I said they have no respect for the neighborhood they have been partying now for weeks and they don’t close till Jan, there music is so loud you can hear it blocks away ,there are working people in this area that need to sleep in the daytime cos they work nights , there are familys in the area that have children and small babies , they don’t care who they are disturbing day into night either! And don’t let there lies fool you why they are closing for good ! They don’t close perminatly til Jan so no they are doing every night and day parties claiming farewell party’s! They even use recordings and play them to make you think they have big crowds when they don’t listen to the yelling and clapping it’s all the same vooices I can see the back where the pool is and there’s never Hugh crowds like they want you to think there is! Believer me you can’t even watch your tv in your home with a fan in high and windows closed cos they are louder then that ! None of us shoukd have to shut our windows and give up fresh air for these disrespectful losers !

I expected the location to be cool, which it is, and the pool to be fun, which it is. But the friendliness of the staff from the front desk to the cleaners impressed!

The hotel is located in a part of San Francisco you don't want to be walking around at night. Homeless people lie on the street and against the hotel, some motionless, others screaming after a trip. Several rats roam the courtyard at night. The staff is very friendly and helpful. But that's about it. The rooms are really dated, and the bathroom fixtures are filthy. There was a stage for two parties in the courtyard. We were glad we left on the day of the party. The portable toilets and sinks were ready and waiting for us during the three days we were there. The photos on the website are completely different from reality, and all that for over $160 a night... oh yeah... parking is on the lot... $28 a day.

I stayed here for Outside Lands and It was a good experience. The staff were really polite and helpful. If you’re worried about the area, it’s like staying in a city. Very loud and you can hear it from your room. I didn’t care much. It’s expected. But be prepared for the loud bangs going off randomly- we figured out these were fireworks. I went w a group and we did a lot of walking and didn’t have much problems in the area. Just mind your business and others mind theirs. Parking lot was great. The hotel itself screams music lover so that was fun. There’s a cute photobooth inside the bar area. Overall, a fun time and a little sad it’s closing in January :(

This was the worst experience ever. We came to a pool party and they threw us out of the place because we went in the pool… why would it be advertised as a pool party if we can’t go in the pool?!
