We called to see if something was available, then got there and the lady working was so spastic and jittery that we couldn't even understand what she was saying. It was like she couldn't talk without being incredibly vague and indecisive to yes or no questions.
Really weird vibes, sucky experience.
We left empty-handed as a result.

Having a bit of nostalgia. My friends and I would skip school and drive from Sacto to Frisco for the Haight/Asbury experience in the early 90’s. Pipe Dreams was always a go to for a new piece of glass. Bought my first proto pipe there. Was always a good time. Looked it up and was excited to see it’s still in business. Sitting here in MT a 48 year old man reminiscing about the good ole days. I miss frisco!

The real original smoke shop on the Haight street, I remember in the 90’s it would be standing room only inside the store, just to get a look at the latest smoking accessories.

Always worth stopping by, a laid back establishment. Amazing artwork and local showcase glass. better deals on certain items than other shops on Haight, such as butane, incense, basic stuff ... The glassworks that are showcased are one of a kind.... My opalized chillum came from here and it the most perfect chillum in all ways. Was well worth the $90 bc the crushed opal and flawless symmetrically made double blown pink, makes it one of a kind art piece that I will cherish and have for the rest of my life..♥️. Fantastic staff I do not understand the reviews saying mean things about the friendly staff at Pipe Dreams..?

I went there the other morning to check out dab rigs and there was a sign on the door be back in 3 minutes. Since it was only a half hour after opening I was joking with another another customer about stoners when the manager appeared in the window and started yelling at me! Several minutes later he exited the store and said he was the owner and he didn’t want our business anyway! Later I tried to follow up by calling the business and seeing if he was legit or just a disgruntled employee. The same Individual answered the phone and said his family owned the business and they have the right to refuse service to anyone! Obviously his patients didn’t teach him anything I was prepared to spend around $100 on a rig and now I’ll never go back there and plan on using my significant connections within the marijuana community to make sure no one else does either. Extremely disappointed as this store used to have a stellar reputation. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Worst experience ever! Arrived an half hour after opening and there's a sign back in 3 minutes I'm joking with another customer and the employee comes to the window and starts yelling at me to mind my own business. Then he exits the building and tell me to f*** off he's the owner! Lost two customers this morning buddy. Unbelievable

The only smoke shop on this street with good prices and friendly workers. All the smoke shops on Haight street are so overpriced especially when it comes to bongs/pipes. The prices here are reasonable and the workers are always kind and willing to work with u.
