If I could give zero stars I would. There drivers steal food and when you ask for a refund for something you never received and show a picture on what was delivered there reason for not giving a refund is due to me maxing out on it. Went through PayPal and they refunded me the money and now postmates wants me to pay them that money back for a product I never received

This is my first review ever. Postmates earned it. I ordered food that I never recieved. They told me they couldn’t refund me. After going back and fourth for a while they finally refunded me but not for the tip. I’ve been emailing calling and texting trying to get my tip back for 4 days. It’s beyond bad customer service. They are thieves

Postmates ripped my son. He spend $50 and received a $12 order, I called Postmates customer service and was told he was unable to get a refund by customer service rep Mary Beth and then was hung up on. Please beware of this company!

The "customer service" chatbot is designed to hide the fact that you are charged for an immediate cancellation as the text scrolls. I was charged $15 for immediately cancelling an order that was coming from the 3rd closest Panda Express to me. First and last time I ever use Postmates. Maybe they should take a look at their 1.7 avg star reviews and think critically about how they treat customers with many other options.

Avoid this company! Worst food ordering/delivery app I have ever used! It is unbelievable that Postmates is a more than ten year old company! It is also unbelievable that Postmates was acquired by Uber.

Avoid this company! If you order take-out food from a local restaurant, you may be misdirected to Postmates, instead of the actual restaurant's website. There, Postmates charges you almost twice as much money for the food, for no reason whatsoever. I picked up the food myself. Postmates took half the money for no service whatsoever. This should not even be happening and Google should put a stop to it!

"Axel" picked up my food for delivery from Betty Lou's (I called to check). He phoned me 2 times asking if I wanted to "cancel my order" as he couldn't "find" my hotel for delivery. (I can find the hotel via MAPS, SO CAN A DELIVERY PERSON) Said "No, I'm patient." He never showed up at ALL. He then had the audacity to charge my food & the TIP. Then, a "survey" came to email from Postmates asking to rate service. No word from them after detailing this THEFT experience. HAD TO PLACE DISPUTE WITH CREDIT CARD COMPANY & WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!?

Ordered a pizza, but it never arrived. I got a refund on the pizza, but not the tip. It's such a hassle to contact anyone with this company. I've tried using the app again, the chat never connects or starts up. You can't call bc the line is always giving a busy signal. I will contact the bank who will fix this and will NEVER use this service again.I've ordered thousands of dollars in food from DoorDash and never once have I had an issue like this one. Sometimes they would make mistakes, but always fixed it and getting ahold of someone is fairly simple.

On 12/19/2021 I placed an order through Walmart +, which is a subscription service that allows a Customer to order goods off the Walmart Website. The order is picked by a picker and the order is delivered by a 3rd party Postmates which is the company I am complaining about.The order# is 6242138-206141. Items in this order contained our Christmas Turkey that my husband was going to smoke, Christmas presents for my Grandparents and my Siblings and some groceries. The order was confirmed and supposed to be delivered on 12/20/2021 between 8am and 9am. Around 9:30 am I realized that my order had not been delivered yet so I went to check my phone. I opened the Walmart + app and it showed that my order had been delivered and a picture was attached. The place where that order was delivered was not my home which meant that Postmates's driver delivered the wrong order to the wrong home.. It seems like the driver delivered my order to the wrong home. I tried to call Walmart + and reach a live person and went through the absolute run around with their phone system. I called 5 times and tried to get someone to talk to but the phone system kept disconnecting the call. So I went on Chat. The Customer Service from the Chat was despicable and they couldn't re-pick or re-send the order. They said they use Postmates for deliveries and said that I should contact Postmates. Postmates does not have a customer service phone number and you cannot contact them unless you placed an order through their app.I messaged Postmates though Facebook and I got apathy. They were not willing to receive a complaint. They were not willing to look into the issue. They told me to complain to Walmart and that there is some sort of internal process. I think its horrible that both companies are so incompetent that they cant even communicate with each other in an attempt to make things better for the customer and they feel the need to take the customers money without delivering any goods.

Terrible service. Food delivered to the wrong address. and then it impossible to get ahold of their customer service. These company's are only useful to provide an online menu for you to use to call and order from the restaurant directly. They are a leach on the restaurant industry.

Supremely disappointing service.I received the annual member ship, a $99.99 value, when I bought a new Samsung phone. I used the service and would compare the pricing to my wife's Postmates service (non membership) with no pricing difference. Terrible, terrible.Then, I canceled the service. I checked 5 times in the app that the service would not renew. Low and behold, what happened, my CC was magically charged the $99.99 annual fee. I checked the app and I still have the 'unlimited' service.OK, mistakes happen. I contact customer service. Via email, I am passed around to no less than 4 different 'customer service reps' all who each need my entire reason for cancelling again. Each time I provide my CC statement clearly showing the $99.99 service charge. Still have yet to receive my $ back.Would be amazing if ANYONE at the company would actually reach out and solve this customer service problem. I'm right here postmates, just respond to this review.For any other customer out there, just avoid this mess. Save your $

scam artists. They intentionally make it impossible to reach them so you can't complain. Got a wrong cold order that wasn't even delivered by them. I picked the order up and they processed my transaction. They didn't provide any service just created a layer of separation from the restaurant so no one has to take accountability. Another big tech thief, can't wait to see them fail.

I didn't receive items from my togo order and postmate denied me credits and/ or refund. It was reported missing when order arrived. Poor customer service, poor!!

I have been trying to retrieve a refund for an $88 charge for food that I ordered on their app only later to find out (30 mins after ordering) that they didn't have a contract with the restaurant that was being advertised on their app. I have been trying to get my refund back since March 2021. In addition to that, I have ordered food with several different cards when I used to order food through Postmates and this company is stealing $9.99 from each card a month for a membership that I cancelled long ago when I decided to never ever do business with them again. Then, you can't get ahold of customer service and good luck with that support email address, they don't respond to it. I am reporting them to the FTC as well as getting a lawyer. They are a bunch of thieves!
