I've taken two watches here for resizing. First watch was handed down to me by my father. Maria resized it, no problem! A year later, I returned with a preowned GS sport watch. It had two badly stripped screws, but with a lot of patience, and drilling, Maria was able to remove them and resize the watch perfectly with my replacement screws. The job took much longer than she anticipated, but it was a success in the end and I couldn't be happier. Maria, you really are the best!! You bet I'll be coming back for all my watch servicing!

Inherited an old Seiko Pulsar analog+digital that no longer worked. Wasnt sure it was worth repairing, but decided to check out Precision Time. Maria -- the owner -- immediately met me at the counter and jumped right in! She knew exactly what type of Seiko it was; popped open the back and investigated. I was hoping maybe it was just a battery replacement but no, more serious damage. Maria was very honest: told me her analysis, said she couldnt fix it, but offered up some suggestions. Very kind and very fast. I will definitely come back next time I need watch repair.

Walked in, found the band I wanted, and Maria changed the strap in a jiffy. She is super friendly and helpful. Pluses: there is also a jewelry repair and alterations place right by her.

My husband asked me to find a place to get a new band put on his watch. I showed up at the delightfully named James one building and found Maria on the third floor. There was a woman ahead of me with many watches to be taken care of, but I waited patiently. I explained the situation and showed her the old watch and new band. 24 hours later, I returned to pick up the watch. It was done perfectly and ten dollars cash seems eminently reasonable. Mission accomplished!

This place just accept cash. This place must be known for more people tho. The lady who attends this place is a very gentle and sweet woman that’s very willing to help in any ways possible. She changed the battery of 2 watches and charged me a fair amount. I’m so happy with her service. For sure will come back. From what I know, the place will be closed until April 10.

I came here to adjust the belt of my watch and the woman did it in 5 minutes. She was very kind. Note: Bring cash (she couldn’t charge me with credit card). It cost me $15 but it probably depends on the watch.

I had issues with two watches. She solved one and was honest about the other. I started by describing the issues with my ~10 year old quartz Timex that I had probably broken replacing a battery. I asked if it was fixable and she said honestly no. Lesson learned: pay the $10 to have a professional replace the battery. At least the watch I ruined had lived about a decade and didn't cost much in the first place. Then I got out the second: a 1970s vintage Timex automatic that needed a band to fit in the (obselete) 19.5mm lugs. Peroid-correct is a flat black leather band, and she didn't have a lot of bands to choose from that fit the description. But once I found a 20mm that seemed to run just a bit small, she managed to install it. That's the skill that comes from experience that I couldn't have done at home (and if I had tried, I might have wrecked the watch). It was also nice to see her interest once I started asking about the vintage automatic. Even for a relatively inexpensive watch, there's something fun about keeping a vintage watch working, and I could tell she was amused.

Perfect spot for watch repair. The lady is good at what she does. She did few repairs/replacements on my watches and every time the job was satisfactorily done. She worked on replacing watch straps, adjusting belt length (removing links), battery replacements. I have taken my sub-100 dollar and sub-1000 dollar watches to her for repairs without any hesitation.
