This bank is the epitome of bad customer service. The teller was advised of company policy by his very supervisor and still provided no assistance without reprimand. The teller to avoid is Austin. If you aren't Asian DONT GO IN THIS PLACE. THEY WONT HELP YOU WILLINGLY. Corona has not softened his tone or provided him with the common sense to think of his actions.

I posted a review mid-Nov, 2019 and find it moved, so posting follow up here. I found disturbing practices with this bank [PB/Alhambra, CA] and have patiently worked to resolve them internally for almost three years without success. Nature is predatory fees, renewal docs without bank letterhead, refusal to post fees so accounts can't reconcile, and refusal to issue 1099-MISC for fees paid. If you've had a problem too, however big or small, please PM me. They just opened a branch in NY so hoping that will change scrutiny. In the meanwhile if you have docs together in proof, here is where to file a complaint:

We worked with Preferred to acquire an apartment building in San Francisco. John Han was a great financial partner and really pushed to make this complicated purchase happen. Their back end office with John Ong was great as well. Highly recommended for closing complex deals.

Very rude and awkward in dealing with people. They are not prepared for anyone to walk in and make demands, saying they are just following the policy. Very nosy employees and not the American way of doing business.
