Really easy experience with making an appointment online, checking in at the kiosk, et cetera. Mostly I am reviewing because the female employee who checked me in, took measurements, and drew my blood gave me the hands-down best blood draw experience of my life (usually nurses or doctors struggle with this for my veins and it can be very painful) and was both kind and very professional throughout. I wish I had gotten her name, so I could personally shout her out here. I was in and out in about 20 minutes, too, which was great.

Despite a lot of the previous reviews, this location is open as of 4/25/24. I had an appointment, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Quest was very nice, I guess it is strange to come in and not have anyone there to say hello.
The check in is reasonably easy and that makes up for no one there.
I think the place could use just a little bit of spruce up, nothing more than some fresh paint and a few more inexpensive items would remedy it quickly.

Three or four weeks ago I made an appointment here online. When I got there it was empty. After waiting about 20 minutes, someone on the street told me they've been closed 6 months. I went to a different Quest location (2201 Post Street) and was told: people, to them literally every day, complaining about this location being closed but showing open online, and that there's nothing they can do about it locally and the people who control Quest's website haven't changed it

This location seems to be temporarily closed. Do not make appointments here. I scheduled an appointment online and showed up during regular hours, but the door is locked and there is no one there. Someone that works nearby said they've been closed for months.

Should be marked as temporarily unavailable. Went around 1pm and sign on the door still mentions temporary renovations that were set to finish april 2023. Oct 2023 and still closed. No one there

This is such a worse experience than getting labs in a hospital. Don't bother trying to show up without an appointment. Truly awful that they staff this so lightly

The gentleman who was there answered very reluctantly.he is in a bad mood and answers very rudely.
