Should be marked as temporarily unavailable. Went around 1pm and sign on the door still mentions temporary renovations that were set to finish april 2023. Oct 2023 and still closed. No one there

This is such a worse experience than getting labs in a hospital. Don't bother trying to show up without an appointment. Truly awful that they staff this so lightly

Sign on front door indicates it's closed for renovation, which the reviews indicate is a good idea/sorely needed. I submitted it to google as temporarily closed, WITH PHOTOS, and they REJECTED my submission. and didn't post the photos. Wack.Fellow reviewer Tricia posted a photo showing what I had photographed.Google-posted hours say it's open but sign on front door or calling the phone number says temporarily closed. Front door covered in FedEx tags and nobody is there. Fortunately, LabCorp is a block away.

I won’t return to this branch. In an old building, the office needs a deep clean. The technician struggled to communicate so there was confusion amongst the waiting customers. Labs sent from multiple doctors couldn’t be combined, so only one doctors requested labs could be selected. The branch on Post Street is more professionally run.

Zero stars! Avoid this location!! Besides it being rundown and rather dirty, the bald male nurse wearing glasses was completely awful! He was condescending, rolled his eyes at me and took passive aggressiveness to a whole new level! You expect kindness and understanding from people in this line of work, but this particular health 'care' provider needs to find a new line of work because he has no concept of patient care at all. If you value your mental health definitely go someplace else!

Awful awful experience! The technician needs to take a course in humanity! Extremely condescending and rude! Will NEVER be back! Avoid this location like the plague!

Horrible experience there, today, 2/7/23. I had to fast last night and was waiting at the door at opening time to complete several important tests. The phlebotomist was late and angry on arrival. I had been going there for a long time with no problem and with NO appointments. This phlebotomist declined ANY service, although Quest gives priority to clients with appointments and only accommodates "walk-ins"--NOT at this location. If company policy states this preference and specifically says that it will accept walk-in patients, they need to respect that and not to misrepresent themselves. In short, Quest needs to clarify its "admissions" policy, to implement and respect it, and--most importantly--to teach its employees BASIC MANNERS. A 72-year-old patient, who fasts overnight and walks blocks to Quest, does not tolerate bullying from RUDE staff. I spoke with both Quest's headquarters today and a local contact. I have now scheduled another appointment. I will fast again, rise early again, and try to get actual testing in another two days.

Great service, friendly staff, orderly system of visits and blood draw processing. Quest had many offices to choose from with lots of time scheduled availabilities.

I went for some lab work today and had a great experience. The staff was quick and friendly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Appointments are HIGHLY recommended.

I thought that I was going to be late and have my appointment canceled because parking was kind of tricky. I checked in at 1:38 p.m. - just two minutes before my scheduled appointment. My name was called by a phlebotomist named Matilda at 1:51 p.m., who apologized for calling me in late. It was not a big deal at all because she was so pleasant and answered my questions earnestly. Matilda drew my blood and confirmed my name on the vial sticker.By the time she wished me well and sent me on my way, it was 1:56 pm. I was in and out in just 18 minutes. Shout out to Matilda for being so efficient and friendly!
