This is a scam. My trial ends tomorrow and I can't get in touch with them by phone because it says that I am calling a subscriber. Of course they invite me to submit a ticket but by the time they get back to me, the first charge will be debited from my account. Such a scam. Reporting them to the BBB.

If you want to pay money to see answers Chegg is better and you can do a lot more. Also when you cancel your subscription Chegg won't keep charging your card like Quizlet does

Not honorable company. Kept billing our card, we had to cancel the card and change card number. Customer service is non-responsive.
