“Structure took over the property I live in after a previous property management company completely dropped the ball on safety and upkeep. There couldn’t have been a better replacement! Structure Properties onsite personnel feel like family and it is obvious they care about their positions, the tenants, and our little patch of the Tenderloin. Their improvements started with security, increasing guards onsite to 24 hours…vagrants knew that the schedule of the guards before and would sneak in when they were gone and steal, break things, and squat.
