I simply went in to purchase a tea I saw in their window, and everyone was so unbelievably kind. I wish I remembered their names but the beautiful woman walking around was super friendly and welcoming, and the gentleman behind the register was considerate and sweet. When they weren't helping me, they extended that hospitality to every single person that walked in; even the patrons that stopped in were kind, which is a win-win

Went in for covid shot. Hadn't been b4 and it was just that I was in the neghiborhood. The counter guy insisted on scanning my drivers license. I have never been required to do this in any other pharmacy. I had insurance cards. In reality, this is an invasion of privacy and puts private Info in yet another place out of your control. While I did this, because I wanted the shot, I won't return and advise anyone to resist excessive gathering g of your personal info.

Great helpful pharmacist. He was engaged in any of my questions. I was carefully asked about symptoms. I love such local communication after Walgreens traffic. A lot of thanks ?

These people who run the pharmacy are very kind. DAVID and his daughter Laurie , their staff , everyone I have met there has been so warm and helpful. I was shocked at first . Am I in Kansas? Or some town where southern manners are customary . David suggested an over the counter remedy for psoriasis that helped tremendously . Laurie has introduced me to supplements that have changed my life. It is different than the turn and burn stores, true. It's like an old fashioned ice cream counter in the deep south. I just love this store .

If I could give Reliable a higher rating, I would. They were unable to fill my special order prescription but they made the extra effort to send it another pharmacy to fill. The other pharmacy was rude, unprofessional and didn't mix the solution properly. I returned to Reliable and they went above and beyond to fix the prescription. David and his crew were so kind. This is the type of pharmacy I have needed/wanted for a long time!

Very small place but the customer service was excellent. I was able to get my covid booster shot with no appointment and very short wait.

I had a very good experience getting a COVID booster. The staff member giving it was very experienced, I could feel how well he knew what he was doing. I was in and out in 30 minutes on a drop in basis.

Poor customer service on the phone. I called to ask if they had an item in stock and Dave told me no. I thanked him for the information and he hung up on me…

The pharmacy tech doesn’t wear a mask. I wanted to get my Covid booster here and shop at an independent pharmacy but I did neither because of the mask situation. I don’t know, maybe if you’re getting a vaccine, have it at a place that practices sanitary conditions. The women in front of me at the pharmacy register asked him, very politely, why he doesn’t and he smugly said he doesn’t have to. It was also not possible to shop because the vast majority of the shelves are empty. I read some other reviews and apparently the lack of both merchandise and RX meds has been a problem for over a year. I left after I saw that exchange but while I was there I saw the pharmacist come out from behind the counter wearing gloves, go into the little injection area and vaccinate someone, come out with the same gloves, and continue to work and handle medication bottles with the same gloves. Seems odd.

This pharmacy has gone downhill and over a cliff. The whole operation is now unprofessional from A to Z. They don't meet their posted hours. The product shelves are mostly bare. Is it because they have credit problems? As for the pharmacy itself, it ought to be shut down by the state. They often fill only part of a prescription (like 10 out of 30 pills), claiming problems with their distributor. So you have to go back a few days later for the remainder. In the latest incident, they offered to provide my prescription by cutting down larger pills of the same medication. Sheer desperation. They have been claiming problems with their distributor for a year. When you ask for further information about that, you get dodgy answers. One clerk told me the business was in the process of being sold again. On another day, another clerk said the business was NOT for sale. Again, are they having credit problems? Whoever is running this business is completely incompetent. It has to be the worst pharmacy in the city.

I was happy to start using this pharmacy when two pharmacists from New Zealand bought Reliable Rexall from the previous owner. For the first couple of years they were great. Great prices, two blocks from my house, and of course being known by pharmacists is always nice. However, when one owner had to leave, under sad circumstances, things started to go downhill. At first, stock on the shelves started to disappear, obviously because it was not being ordered. The shelves have been nearly empty for several years now. But the pharmacy was still reliable. Then, with the pandemic, pharmacy hours were greatly reduced. (Be sure to call ahead and find out actual pharmacy hours, since they've changed and are not always updated on the website.) Then the pharmacy was sold again, to another pharmacist and his pharmacist daughter, some months ago. Another new owner. Shelves still mostly empty. But the worst is that for months now, they are never able to fill my prescriptions completely. That is, there will be only half a prescription, with the rest being "owed." Which means going back one, two, three times for one month's prescription. Obviously not cool. Today, for my regular refills, they have virtually nothing. They keep blaming the wholesaler, and saying that they're going to change, but today they had "a few" of one prescription (this is still from "owed" from weeks ago) and none of another. These are not unusual meds, quite the opposite. I've been getting them every month for years. Clearly, this is intolerable. Prescriptions are needed when they're needed. I don't know what is going on with this pharmacy, and they are the nicest people, but while having to return multiple times to get all of one Rx was bad, having none of regular monthly Rxes is unfortunately not workable. This is just to say that if you use this pharmacy, I hope you do a thorough check as to whether or not they can actually fill your prescriptions when you need them. Do not count on getting a full count, do not count on having anything filled when you need it. Such a shame they've ended up this way.

This pharmacy carries basically no stock. The shelves are empty and they don’t have your most common medicines like Benadryl or Sudafed. What they do have is 5-10x over priced. They should close down already and hopefully a real pharmacy will take its place.
