If you go in without any expectations or thoughts and take a look, sometimes you might get something. After the existing Nordstrom Rack disappeared, it was the only discount store on Market Street.

Large store, huge assortment, good prices for branded things. It is worth reserving a few hours if you want to do some sensible shopping.

Workers aint so s m art so jusr grab something from cage and cut the line. Than refuse to buy wharever im the stage and buy ur clothes. Or i saw family cursing at tjeir stupidity. Than they let you cut the line too

Loss prevention has you wait in a line before you can go into the store cause only so many people are allowed at one time and the whole time your in line they act like the gestapo, then once you get into the store they don't even have that much merchandise, better of going to target one block away.

You have to queue in front of the store before you can enter. And once you're inside you realize that it's half empty, typical American pomposity. Second star because the prices are quite good

Still good prices and good brand selection, but the experience and staff has become noticeably more rude over the years (long lines at entrance/cashier, entrance security yelling at me, argued with the staff for the changing room about the number of items I had, etc.).
Location has gotten worse as well, although I guess that's a symptom of downtown SF in general.
