Typical example of what happens to a company when corporate doesn’t care. Worst equipment is there a standard. Even though much of it is new it is the cheapest that they can get their hands on. International garbage automatic transmissions that are not cut out for San Francisco driving. Rental desk is good. Service department is a bomb. Nobody cares.

Williams-Sonoma aka Pottery barn and Pottery Barn teen has contracted with this company for white glove delivery. I am beyond livid. The know-how and customer service is crap. They are a no-show after months of confusion and disappointment we still have not received the bed we ordered from PBT in May. Parts of the bed are stored in our garage as they insisted we take the pieces they had or risk waiting even longer for the whole bed. Customer service is closed and on the East Coast. Why offer a delivery date on days where cs is unavailable? Have to reschedule my life and disappointment my daughter yet again. This is now cs in the USA.

Terrible! West Elm furniture uses this company to deliver and it took weeks to schedule a delivery date for my table. When I was finally given a scheduled day and time, they left an automated call that said they were 10mins away but they never showed up!! Tried calling customer service but they have no idea why the delivery was not done. They tell me to wait 24-48hrs and I should receive an email or call from the company of why it was cancelled. There is a lack of communication with the drivers and the customer service. What's the point of having a customer service line if they can't help you at all. Most company's are able to contact the driver and can give you answers to why delivery wasn't done. So now I probably have to wait weeks again for a new delivery date. There's also no way to contact the SF Ryder office, the phone number takes you to the customer service in the east coast.

Good luck!!!! If you purchase white glove from a furniture company or exercise equipment from Norditrak direct please don't they contract out with this company and they had two No shows already! Rescheduled twice and two no shows! We couldn't get a hold of anyone from the SF warehouse! Customer service in on the East coast so they have no idea what's going on! I was told the trick broke down so they could t deliver (no cal/no show) the. The second time they reschedule me for a Friday morning 11-4 then to 7pm-9:30pm a call was made stating they were 15 minutes in route and a they were a no show! I was told they were so short staffed. As if I would understand and be okay with that! B******* not my problem!!!! how can this company over commit and then charge us for this service and then not follow through!! The damn invoice beat the delivery! How can I pay for something I have yet to receive??? This place should be called Ryder (THE LAST OPTION)Mind you my hubby and I had to move our schedules around at work for both scheduled dates that were rescheduled twice for their (no shows) and hours on hold to only be told there's no supervisor & no way to reach the office in SF!Finally arrived! Paid Ryder extra to assemble all 2000 pieces! Guys were in a hurry and didn't show us how to lift the equipment to store away! So we got familiar with the product before using it and we found it damaged! After 4 weeks of no showing on delivery dates and then putting a damaged part in it to say it's ok for us! Ifit needs to find a more trustworthy 3rd party delivery/white glove service! Now we have to wait for the damage parts to be delivered and repaired once again by the same company! Next time I'll just go to Dick's sporting goods or Costco!

They were contracted out to handle a furniture delivery for me. Impossible to get ahold of, delivery ended up being weeks past when it was supposed to be. The day of, they gave a 2 hour delivery window (did not show up), did not call with updates, and asked if I would like to reschedule for the following week. Unbelievably incompetent.Update: they ended up cancelled 2 more deliveries. On the phone they said they weren't obligated to keep delivery appointments, and if your order "makes it onto the truck it makes it onto the truck." Still zero accountability- I ended up cancelling the entire thing and ordering from a different company.

First no show, second forgot the beds and left a damaged dresser, third and fourth attempt a no show. They have had my beds since July and I still haven’t been able to get them because they can’t seem to do their job. They don’t communicate and every time I call they greet me with a “oh looks like you need to schedule”, oh yeah because you haven’t shown up for the fourth time to do your job! I end up canceling lans or don’t make them every time I’m at home waiting, I move the current furniture out to make room for the new beds, and they never show up or even call! Every time you call, I mean EVERY time, expect to wait 1-2 hours before someone picks up. You can press 1 to get a call back but you won’t get one. Don’t ask for a supervisor because they are never available. Pretty much expect 100% incompetence.

Really wish the company that my wife ordered the bed frame would NOT use your company as a delivery service! Was supposed to get a bed frame delivery on 7/9/2022. Time frame of 12 noon-2pm. My wife and I waited the WHOLE day. Not one sign of the driver showing up or calling...TO let us know that the Truck "Broke Down"? Each time we try to call the customer service number, it just goes to an automated message and NO one ever answers. We can not even figure out the whereabouts of our bed frame or if we will even get our bed frame delivered or NOT. The online rescheduling does NOT even work! Ryder Logistics service is terrible!

WORST delivery service ever!!!!Scheduled the mattress to deliver on Saturday and the driver made no attempt to come into the building and contact the leasing office. I ran down to check as I understood from the customer service saying the truck is here, yet no one was there to be found!!!Tried to scheduled again for Tuesday morning, as I’m flying back to the UK the next day. They just cancelled my delivery on the day!!!The customer service line is completely rubbish, it ends in loop and loop and loop.This is the worst service ever, and don’t bloody use this unless you want nothing but DISAPPOINTMENT.

The tech on Friday night should just be washing toilets or selling hot dogs in the mission. No education No kindness Far from being polite If you can't work with customers just switch career. We are spending nearly 11K$ a month on rental and we will not have your staff treat our staff like crap

This is a bad place to take your truck to try to avoid them . I bring my truck normal my APU just need the door to be fix . And my AC to be fixed it takes them a whole week to fix it and when it’s done my APU was damaged ( hanging lose ) and they said I bring it like that . Liars even the Lisa the lady on the customer service that I clarify showed her the door it’s an easy fix said you bring it like that . I don’t like them here try to avoid them .
