This pharmacy is by far the best I have been to in the area. The staff is smart and reactive. They helped immensely with a prescription that needed some interpretation on billing. Truly appreciative of the staff member taking the time to figure that out.

SHAKING IN LINE NO ONE WOULD ALLOW ME IN FRONT OF LINE FOR ALLERGY MEDS NEEDED ASAP ....but they where nice and got the product since they are large pharmacy....there should be someone to help in emergency with such a large staff

Again, a month later and they still messed up - twice in one week. If I didn't have to go here for the price, I wouldn't. If you don't need to go here, don't. I am still without my medication. I need to find an alternative that doesn't break the bank.

An offensively expensive pharmacy for over the counter medications. Additionally, the selection is terrible, all the cabinets are locked and you have to wait 10+ minutes for an associate to open any of the locked cabinets.

There are not groceries cart to shop. There is not control over the homeless and nuts that getting inside the store steeling and touching the merchandise with nasty hands, walking inside the store and eating at the same time. Yesterday a very dirty male approach me at the meat department asking for 2$ dollars. I am a regular customer at the Safeway for + 16 years, yesterday 12-16-2022 around (3-4pm) it was out of control, people screaming the F word. I have decided that my family shopping is going to be done at Lucky’s Store from now on.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This store is absolutely disgusting. The drug use in the bathroom is ridiculous. There is homeless people nodded off on drugs everywhere. I went into the restroom to use the restroom and a woman was smoking fentanyl from a pen and foil. I got a contact high and passed out for a hour in the bathroom. I later had to go to hospital, for possible overdose!!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE. DONT COME HERE AT ALL . Photo shown is fentanyl rocks outside of my car door!!

We moved recently to the city from Saratoga in the South Bay. I found this store to be large and well stocked. Other things I liked was there was a Wells Fargo bank and a pharmacy in the store and a huge open air parking lot. The con was some of the customers looked dodgy. Hi, this is a big city after all. I decided to bring my wife to this store today. A huge mistake. Soon after we parked our car and were walking towards the store, a van backed out of its parking spot and almost ran my wife over. Instead of apologizing, the driver jumped out of the van and screamed at my wife threatening to beat her up. Where is security? Well, this will be the last time we come to this store ....

Big store in a useful location. Able to find all the drinks and snacks we were looking for as we are visiting with AirBnB nearby for a few days. Huge parking lot that is useful but not that clean. TONS of pigeons that move in large flocks together so that is interesting to watch.

bless the security guard who had to be called a "b" a hundred times by the idiot who got mad bc she couldnt steal (anymore). you would think they perp would be grateful that we tax payers provide her with food, shelter and healthcare. instead, a women who works hard everyday has to hear this fools nonsense, like the worker at safeway on bay street told me the idiot screaming at her said "i will mace you" because she wanted free cheetos or whatever. how is it that people are just not crazy enough to not end it all (rsvp to the golden gate bridge) why does crazy seems really targeted and mean. anyway crazy lady called another lady a "b".reminder:we could ALL go stand in an intersection for 10 hours threatening to kill even the nicest person and would get more free healthcare 100x times easier than a person who just said "help, i work three jobs but cant make it right now".
