Incredibly poor service and total customer unfriendliness. We were sent from one line to another and when we got there it wasn't working. We could join another row at the back. What amateurism. Not recommended at all, because the staff is not suitable.

Convenient location with adequate parking. Prices match the area (high). Most of the staff are friendly, the only issue I have with this store are the deli workers. Myself,and my co-workers come here often, and the workers always seem put off that they actually have to serve us. You have to repeat your order several times (language barrier),and when they do make your order, they just slap it together. I have started to eat elsewhere for that reason.

Everyone says this is the number one among Safeway but it's has it's pros and cons. Most of the time, the stuffs couldn't understand what customers really want and give them wrong orders and finished with the word "Sorry," especially in deli. I mean they should at least know the basic orders and what they are called. However , the groceries are fresh and truly organic and they have lots of goods to choose.

The Marina Safeway has a good selection of just about anything, and it’s close enough for me to walk there. The only way to enter safely if you’re walking is on the west side of the store. Navigating through the parking lot if you’re a pedestrian is like being in your own Frogger game. I’d be curious to know how many people get hit by cars here.

Great place to pick up a sandwich and drinks, have a picnic at a nearby park on a sunny day.

Ask for $9 norcal grinder meal deal, end up with $23 sandwich+chip+soda. Cashier was not helpful and keep saying he didn’t know anything. no one attend at guest service,press call bell and wait 15 minutes no one come.
