Super easy to find. Pulled right up / no parking hunt required. Took all my clothing & household items - no hassle. No questions. Got a receipt. We were there & outta there in 2 min & if this is not as good as it gets, I don't know what is!

Besides the temperature set for a sauna, it's a great thrift store.

Honestly I have had very mixed experiences here. Some times they have been quite kind and nice. Other times they were kind of jerks when I tried to donate goods that were not quite in perfect condition. After having a fairly negative experience, I generally try and donate to the community chest where I can choose the charity to receive my support.Update: Tried to drop off something on 4/28/23 at 5:32pm when their posted hours were until 6pm. Turns out they close at 5:30pm. I have adjusted the hours accordingly on G maps. But very annoying to drive up with a car full of stuff and have to continue on my way.

The hours posted are 10am-6pm every day. There are a couple of trucks parked and ready to accept donations. There's space for up to 4 cars at a time to park by the entrance and unload. It's quick, easy, and super convenient, and you can request a donation receipt if needed. This is an outdoor donation drop-off location only. The nearest SA thrift shop is a block away at 1501 Valencia.

Courteous & efficient employees at donation drop off. Household goods & clothes get dropped off on 26th St; furniture on Cesar Chavez.

I like the Salvation Army very much. Their CEO doesn't make a ton of money, like the guy who heads Goodwill.
