Although all the bay area stores are nice I like both the SF and Alameda stores the most. They have nice and friendly people.

The throat store part is alright. It suffers from the same problem all thrift stores in trendy areas have: hipsters pick through it constantly so it's all just junk. However, the donation part is great. You can drop any amount of clothes or appliances or furniture and they'll accept it. We dropped off 5 bags of clothes and it took us 30 seconds. They DO NOT accept rugs, according to the guy working there.Donation center is on 26th, next to formerly Wild Pepper. Great for clothes donations.

I we t there by 5:25 and the clothew section was closed already. I asked them about the schedule on the website and they said they where closing in 10 minutos and I was like ¿? Why do you put a schedule to people know when will found the store open but it not true? so annoying!

This is the biggest Salvation Army Thrift Store I have ever been to. This place looks like a freakin warehouse. It probably is. So my friend and I decided to meet up and do a thrift shopping crawl through the Mission. On this visit, we are specifically focusing on Valencia street because there are so many shops (both thrift and boutiques) that will be so fun to browse and possibly buy from. We thought the SAT would be the ideal place to start. First we fueled up at the nearby Old Jerusalem Restaurant (super delicious!) and then came over to check out all the cool stuff. She was specifically looking at furniture and clothes and I was on a mission to help style her. Just for fun of course!Along the way, we found some unique items like this piano, a Rose Apothecary cup (Hello Schitts Creek fans) and some funky heels. If you like any of these items, come by now, they may still have them.If you want to donate, this Salvation Army store currently only accepting furniture donations. Contact them directly for details.

This is the place from where you buy everything..means everything under one roof at very reasonable rates as all stuff donated by the donaters such as furniture, housewares, shoes, clothes, electronic items???️???️, accessories, CD's, DVD's, ⏺️ and much more. Some items are totally brand new ?. Also the staff is very nice and caring

According to staff the clothing area closes earlier than the rest of the store - unheard of from other branches.

Helpful staff. Clean store. Great selection. We donated a few pieces of big furniture and the process was quick and painless.

Donations were easy and no fuss. I walked my bags over, but drive in was available for larger things. Afterwards, we went into the store and it was surprisingly very well organized and clean. They were having a sale when I was there so I ended up with 2 beautiful martini glasses for 4$! Fun shopping day :)

I have no idea what the shopping experience is like here, but the donation experience was probably the easiest of any place I've donated to... They have a separate loading dock location on 26th street and very good hours... Until 6 PM during the holidays.
