The prices have gotten so high that I can buy the same item brand new for cheaper at marshals or Ross or TJ Maxx. These prices are supposed to be helping poor people. It’s absolutely disgusting how high the prices have gotten at thrift stores. I am going to make my new thrift store Ross, TJ, Maxx and Marshalls. The rest of you will not get my money any further. It’s a rip off it’s unfair to the people who really need low prices and it’s just completely disgusting. The greed is off the charts. Today I saw some ramekins they were 399 each. Are you kidding me for a ramekin?

Two stars because they have a large glass selection and free parking lot in sf which is vital nowadays.

Whoever runs this store is a moron of the highest order. They expect you to wait in a half hour line just to know what something behind the counter even is. ?

This place has amazing deals and a lot of new clothes with tags on them still can't beat that especially if your a Poshmark reseller like myself! And the staff and security are both friendly and not overbearing like other places!

Very good donation center that opens daily until 7pm except Sunday until 6pm (easier for us super busy people). When you donate they also give you receipt as well as a in-store one-item 25% coupon. The location is great (prime location in SF), the selection is huge, and the price is great. You are also saving the planet by purchasing here to avoid further landfill that can pollute the earth (more environmentally-friendly than buying en EV). Highly recommended!!! Go Salvation Army!

oh my god, this place. two floors, second floor all clothes. bottom floor is amazing furniture and home goods selection. HOWEVER, everything is 25% more expensive than it should be. furniture prices are basically the same as fb market place.

Ive found some great pieces at this salvation army, but they are generally more expensive. Like other reviewers have stated, a few of the employees will give me a different price at the register than what the signs say and it's extremely frustrating. They are also the only Salvation Army I've been to that has a "red ticket" system, and these red tag prices are more expensive. When I asked why they do this and why they are the only store ive seen doing this, the woman told me that this store is a "boutique" store. It's ridiculous, I've seen some fast fashion dresses going for $70- it's such a joke.

They are starting to overprice things. I bought a sweater and they charged me a jacket price. The company that makes this item calls it a sweater and even when I said that the manager said, "no, that's a jacket". Huh, I've been to many thrift stores and this one seems to be getting more and more shady. I've had other experiences here as well that were not the greatest. They still have some good items but be aware when you're getting rung up

As far as I could see they looked pretty pricey. $6.99 for plain Ikea soup bowls? $25 - $45 for used crock pots that are not in great shape? I think I can find both examples new and less expensive. Maybe the clothes were priced better? I didn't get that far.

Come early and expect to pay premium SF prices. Like any thrift store, there are treasures to be found, but I've walked away from this one emptied handed many times because the prices are so high. Cons:- High prices- No shopping carts- Limited shopping baskets Pros:- There's a parking lot! (It's tiny though)- They generally give you a coupon at checkout- Donation drop-off
