This is the place to come for Gyrotonics. The studio is amazing and the instructors are all very knowledgeable and experienced. The founder of the studio has been practicing and teaching it since the very beginning of the method. Her ability to pass her knowledge to her students is extraordinary. The studio is welcoming and accommodating. It is a great place to learn Gyrotonics if you are new to it or to practice if you are familiar. Trainers are amazing and practice has deepened as a result.

The founder of the studio- Debra Rose is a guru in the GYROTONIC community. She has been practicing and teaching it since the very beginning of the method, so she knows pretty much everything about it. At the same time her ability to pass her knowledge to her students is extraordinary. I love studying under her instruction!😊
