A taillight on my Tacoma got broken over the past weekend. So getting the truck in to have it fixed was a very high priority for me. I texted Service Advisor Adrian Duong at S.F. Toyota early Monday morning. He was right on it. Texted me right back, determined that they had the part in stock and told me to come in immediately. He kept me informed at all times and the vehicle was fixed much earlier than the original time estimate. "Mission accomplished" thanks to the very professional and customer service oriented efforts of Adrian. Job well done!

I had the best experience at SF Toyota today! After being gouged by various independent shops across the city, I finally decided to take my 2012 Camry to be serviced at the Toyota Geary location. I specifically worked with Chris Stone. He was thorough, communicative and gave me the rundown of the entire service. He scheduled an Uber to pick me up from work and drive me to Geary to pick up my car. When there were no Ubers available, I scheduled my own and Chris took $30 off my total bill. I picked up my car to find that they'd washed the outside and detailed the inside too! I cannot say enough about the quality of service and personable approach Chris has. I absolutely recommend this location for all your car servicing and needs!

I based my entire business on the reliability of my Toyota 4Runner and the folks at SF Toyota. My business was called Pack Heights. Dog Walking and Boarding Services catering to a handful of select clients in and around Pacific Heights exclusively. I was the proud owner operator, the captain of my own ship, in this case, a 1999 Toyota Forerunner in Emerald Green that I came to call the Runner. I lived and worked and loved happily with my husband and friends in a gorgeous Queen Anne Victorian on Gough Stand Clay, a couple blocks away from SF Toyota's Van Ness location, for the last 18 years. Across the street was Lafayette Park, with a fabulous dog park and lawns that made my job caring for pampered puppies easy. I relied on Runner to get me from posh house to posh house on the steep hills all over Billionaire's Row. And Runner never failed me. She was as reliable as the service at SF Toyota. Closing for the pandemic killed my dog walking business, lots of quaratine space, lots of clients home to take care of their pups. But pressure makes diamonds and I'm happy to say, I traded in Runner for a leased Rav4 Hybrid in 2020 that is coming to lease end in December 2023. I only have 26K miles out of the allotted 36K. The equity on the open market due to the chip shortage is unexpected, and I'm looking forward to chatting with Doug and Frank and my other friends at SF Toyota when my lease is up! They've never steered me wrong. So, I'm reinventing my business and bringing back Pack Heights as a Dog Lifestyle Brand with original content and recommendations. Although I no longer live in the mansion in Pacific Heights. After my footage of my BLM encounter with a "Karen Couple" went internationally viral in June of 2020, riding around my Toyota picking up puppies to go play with became impossible and complicated for me to keep private. I had keys and codes to many of the most high security houses in Pacific Heights, to pick up and drop off my clients. Discretion was Key for Pack Heights, and I had a red hot spotlight on me in the summer of 2020. Now, I hope to use my new course to use my uniqur brand Pack Heights to team with businessess like SF Toyota in the future to bring you dedicated and reliable service in the luxury pet space of San Francisco. Updated 9/28/23 @ 10:10am.Decided to give this dealership another try only because they have a rental car service so in case my car need to be out of commission for more than one day then I can have a rental car to use.I am so glad I did. My service advisor was great! Well mannered, great in communication, and very knowledgeable. He was also patience and body language showed me he was interested in what I had to say.Vincent (I think that's his name) was great too. He was the lead/supervisor of all the floor foreman. Something like that. Anyways, he took the time to understand more of the issues I am experiencing and explain what can be the possible causes etc.Overall, this time was the first time I am very satisfied because I was kept in the loop, did not have the feeling of being ignored or being rushed, felt very confident that my issue was going to get addressed. Highly recommend Adrian (sorry not sure how to spell his name) AND Vincent (hopefully that's his name) to everyone!This time I went in hearing sounds coming from below my car. Saw there was a Toyota Customer Satisfaction thing where if we hear noises from the transfer case we can bring to a Toyota dealership and they will address it free of charge. So I assume it's that so I brought it in. Turns out it was a transmission shifting thing and the resolution was to update the computer and it will shift correctly again. They also had this checklist of items to check as well when this kind of issue comes up to ensure no other parts or system was damaged. So overall, I was kept in the loop and great communication and I did not once felt disrespected.Therefore, I am giving SF Toyota 5 out of 5 stars for the service and the experience this time.If I do not update this post, then it is safe to say the things Toyota did fix my issue and I am satisfied.

I knew I was going to overpay, but I thought I would at least get good service.I booked an appointment and it took them almost 3 hours before they started work on my car. I specifically asked for tire rotation too, and they didn’t do it. Not coming back.

Only use if emergency. Wayyy to high diagnostic fee, $240 just to get a quote. Go somewhere else.

If angels roamed Earth, then Chris would be one!Chris was extremely helpful when my car suffered rodent damage recently. Although I had comprehensive insurance, I had never had to make an insurance claim before and didn't know what to do. Chris was like an angel on Earth, guiding me through the process from start to finish. He was professional and accommodating to my insurance company's requirements, making the whole experience much less stressful. I chose to service my Toyota here as part of the 2 years ToyotaCare. The staff are friendly and work with you when there was a problem. They are transparent and professional.On one of my visits, someone left black marks on my car interior, they were not big but noticeable on white interior. I wiped them off and called it a day. But I got an email to provide feedback on the visit so I mentioned the black marks. They got back to me almost immediately to offer me a free complimentary interior detailing on my next visit. I am very impressed.

I received incredible support from the Toyota team after recently having my catalytic converter stolen. Despite the challenges posed by the national shortage, they went above and beyond to help me secure a new one, and their dedication to keeping me informed throughout the process was truly exceptional. When the new catalytic converter finally arrived, they wasted no time scheduling an installation appointment.I particularly wanted to give a big shoutout to Erik, my main contact at the dealership. Erik was an absolute superstar from start to finish. He was friendly, responsive and always kept me in the loop about my catalytic converter search progress. Despite the scarcity of the part, Erik made me feel like a top priority and took the time to explain the situation and answer any follow-up questions, putting my mind at ease. His genuine care and outstanding communication skills made navigating the whole experience so much easier.If you're looking for a team that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend them.

I’ve been waiting for a tire exchange using my Tire Insurance!!! But after 3 hours, they replace the tire but still waiting for the approval. I needed my car… so, they ask me to wait an additional hour to put the spare tire. And then 2 more hours for the approval. The total hours waiting in TOYOTA SAN FRANCISCO was expected to 6 hours!!!

I booked my first Toyota care appointment to get an oil change and it took them 2 hours to change the oil....Why have me book an appointment if it's going to be a 2 hour wait? This is unacceptable!Service: Oil change

Wonderful service provided by Chris Stone as always. I've been getting my car serviced by him for over 8 years now, ever since he was at his old dealership. Now that he is here at San Francisco Toyota, not only do I know the service will always come out excellent, it is much more convenient in terms of location/distance for service. Went in for my routine maintenance and to have my tires replaced and ended up needing a few maintenance items taken care of. Even with the added work, Chris managed to get my car out in great timing.Great experience overall!Oscar

We go to SF Toyota on Geary for all of our service needs. Their latest heroic effort was bailing us out after our last window vendor ordered the wrong windshield for us after waiting two weeks for an appointment.Our rep (I think it was either Tony or Vincent?) was amazing. He looked us up in the system right away, walked us through the entire process for working with our insurance, and kept me briefed while our new windshield was being installed and calibrated.He went the extra mile, working with our insurance directly, just to make sure that there would not be any snags later with the claim on my side. The repair job has our Highlander looking brand new, like it came off the factory line, again.Thank you, Toyota Team, for always taking such good care of us - we will be customers for life!

Nice and clean facility. You can see your car being worked on from the waiting room. Appointment can be made through their website easily.
