Great customer service as always. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was greeted by young gentleman who directed me the service center check in desk. The service center is always clean and well maintained.

Service is good. However, there is one call out that the payment with credit card has now being charged additional surcharge (2.25%) and that I was not informed.
