Great place...clean, secure, and hassle free.
Been using this place since 2016 and Charles is simply the best and most helpful. I know my stuff is safe here!
UPDATE: AND, the thing that stands out the most is how they care about you ...it's not just about stuff and storage. It's about people and the story of their lives in these units. Candice was truly exceptional and very caring. She took time to show care, even when I know she didn't have to, and that is what makes this place remarkable. She's really great!
ALSO I think they have the most random and unique art-filled bathroom in the city!

Charlas was great to work with. I had the pleasure to work with him twice. He help me rearrange different units and navigate through the paperwork and change of units.
He was very knowledgeable on the whole transfered and everything went very smoothly. Thank you Security Public Storage, and especially thank you to Charlas, a really good employee.

Wow super smooth. Charles called me the day before move in to check in. I called him back the next day with a question and he addressed me kindly by name without me even reintroducing myself. It’s like concierge service. He set out cones for me to have easy parking for move in. The facility feels clean and safe. 10/10

I thought the reviews all referencing Charles had to be fake, but this was the best possible experience I could’ve expected from renting a storage unit. He’s nice, helpful, and eccentric in a great way. The place was also overall clean, safe, and secure. Highly recommend.

Storage can be even more difficult than moving - but not at this Security Public Storage! I'm not a difficult customer with unfair demands, but I can be complicated. Charles was so friendly and accommodating, making sure I had what I needed to be a happy customer. Thanks again!
