It is funny to say, but I really loved this storage experience. Charles is truly a gem and has made this experience as painless and easy as possible.The pricing was extremely competitive, they had good promotions, the place really is secure, and I honestly have no complaints.Great experience and I’ll for sure use them in the future.

Waited for over 40mins outside and there was no one available to show the unit. The customer service kept saying there will be someone coming in a min, but no one showed up ☹️ They lost a potential customer because of this tardiness and poor customer service

Working with them for over ten years. Safely storing my possessions securely in a clean, well lit, well maintained facility. The staff are friendly and helpful, besides knowledgeable and alert. And the location is handy with public transportation all around.

I love everything about this storage facility! Charles and his coworkers are incredibly nice and helpful. The space is clean, the lobby is filled with greenery and the bathroom is like a well curated art museum. The location is very good and the ease of access also excellent. I was in a tight spot with timing and they made sure everything was smooth for me. Incredibly friendly and kind and generous. Thank you Charles! I would recommend this spot to everyone needing extra space long or short term.
