Placed an order on Sunday - all items are in-stock. It's now Monday evening and my order has yet to ship. If you order online, the 30 day return window countdown starts the day you place your order NOT when you receive your order.
Due to Sephora's slow order processing, my return window will be shortened. Not happy ☹️

I've been a customer of Sephora's for close to 10 years now and I've never had an experience as fantastic as I did last week at this Westfield store. I was assisted by Daniel, who was remarkably lovely and customer-centered. He was so great that I didn't feel like a customer, he treated me as though we were lifelong friends and did his best in taking his time to color match me to some Fenty full coverage foundation as well as some light coverage. He also pointed me to some fantastic setting spray by Charlotte Tilbury, the Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray. The spray is so good that I just bought myself the limited time jumbo size. I also asked for his thoughts on lip liner and Patrick Ta products. He stated that they cannot keep Ta's lip gloss on the shelf, which prompted me to buy myself one of the few they had left, and I absolutely see why they are selling so well.What I found very impressive about Daniel, besides his personable approach to clients, is his ability to provide information on products beyond "the packing is cute" or other comments that point to a trend or superficial knowledge, rather than to good quality products. He clearly has experience with many of the products and is able to use this experience, and his obvious passion for makeup/art/beauty, to provide accurate and useful information so that as customers we can make the best decisions regarding our needs.Thank you so much, Daniel! I know how easy it is to just be over it, especially in retail, but your commitment to Sephora's high standards related to client satisfaction and to your work really shined during our interaction. Thank you for going above and beyond and even matching my foundation for Spring/Summer time! I hope to run into you again!-reina

I'm amazed at the level of expertise the employees have with skin care, make-up products & even make-up applications. If you look carefully throughout the store, their products have a range of prices too. So they suit all pockets.

Had a great time at this Sephora location. It was my first time in Sephora and I can say it probably won't be my last. I was given a gift card to Sephora and the young lady there was very gracious and accommodating showing me an array of combinations of products that would be just a little bit special to add to my makeup collection. Needless to say I left with a smile along with a very cute Sephora bag filled with my belated Birthday presents.

While walking along Union Square, I stopped by a shopping mall. There is a Sephora store. There were a lot of people. After looking around, I bought Sephora foundation. The colors are quite diverse. 19.5P...My sister bought lipstick and eyebrows. There are many types of cosmetics. Feels like Korea’s Olive Young!!!

Very clean and well-stocked store! Not as crowded as other Sephoras I've been to. I came in looking for a new bb cream/tinted moisturizer and beauty advisor Brandon was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and generous with his time. As a result, I was really happy with the products I sampled and will be buying them soon. Thanks, Brandon!

This review is Long Overdue ! I was there at Sephora on October 28th for a Full Face Makeover for a Halloween party I was going to and was Happy to have the Talented Sarah B. do my Makeup She is a Pro ? ? I Highly Recommend this Sephora and the staff there is awesome I Really Liked my look and got many Compliments ?

I really like shopping at this location in the Westfield mall. The young girl, who I was so grateful to have had her help me. I went to this store because I feel comfortable shopping here. The perfume Jo Malone Nectarine blossom and honey, she searched front and back..no luck. I told her I would be back, She offered to order online and that she did, I was so happy. Thank you I truly appreciated her, I will be back to get her name again, and thank her.
