The WORST EVER. My 3 yo needed bathroom, we filled up their expensive gas , the door to the store was permanently locked, but there was a sign directing to the little window . I asked the cashier about the bathroom for the child- and he just yelled at me and waved me off. That was incredibly rude and offensive. The site is dirty and the store is not accessible for the customers. I feel bad for the cashier if he has issues (otherwise it's hard to explain such behavior), but customers deserve a better attitude. I hope Shell addresses this because as for now it's just an embarrassment.

Apparently air and water is not free at this gas station they appear to be exempt from the law.

This gas station is not pumping your gas I put 10 dollars in my car to make it across to bridge for cheaper gas I got to the gas station with 9 miles and left with 9 miles my car is new and the cashier guy says I have a leakage in my gas tank NO I Do Not I would not go here

Process are higher You can't go into the store to buy anything you have to ask the rude attendant at the window and he treats you like he's giving you the stuff for free. If you need air for your tires you will need to pay $2.50 at the air machine because there's no free air or water.
