Says 24 hrs I walked a mile to come here and they refused service. Update your info and maybe you'd lose less business. Yikes. Also your employee was rude af. Just pretending I didn't exist.

Worst place ever. Accidentally left my debit card at the store after a tire gauge purchase (that I didn’t need to buy because the air machine has one and they didn’t tell me even though I asked)
Found out my card was missing because my bank account was drained, the last person who had my card was the employee at this store.
Make matters worse, none of the phone numbers listed anywhere online work, when I called Loop HQ I was given the number for the team leader of the store. When I called him, he was about as rude as it gets and hung up on me!!!!
Will never ever even look at this horrible place, and I’m telling everyone I can about how bad, rude, corrupt, and all around horrible everything to do with it truly is.

The worst customer service in a city like San Francisco. The guy working there just turned off the microwave as soon as I entered the store because I needed to warm up my food. I always buy snacks and drinks from here besides getting gas. I am a shell customer since 2016, but today this guy pissed me off.

I simply needed to use the restroom after pumping my gas, I happened to need to go poop and well it hadn’t even been 7minutes when someone is banging on the door and just opens it while my pants are still down. They didn’t tell me they were coming in or what was happening they just opened the door, then were mad at me that there was a line of people waiting for the bathroom. I felt humiliated they just opened the door with out even warning me that they were coming in what’s so ever, if I had been in the bathroom for more than 15mins I would understand. I wanted to speak to the manager and I tried calling but their lines are no longer in service.

Horrible store. You can tell the store is ran by a poor manager.. I go to other loops shell stations and they have everything in stock. This one doesn't have half of what other shell stations have. Another clue of poor management is that the people working there are somehow related to the manager... NEVER HIRE FAMILY or FRIENDS TO WORK FOR YOU!! The lady obviously doesn't seem to feel like she is at work.. just ingnores waiting customers while gossiping with her friends.. she isn't friendly or attentive.. hardly speaks English.. so you know a relative gave her that job. There is no way she got hired anywhere but from her family.. no place would tolerate poor clerksmen behavior.. spend your money somewhere else..

What was bad has gotten worse I wrote a scathing complaint letter which has gone unanswered point is what if I took something without paying for it I'd be persecuted but apparently it's ok for them to continually bypass the incentive for discounts using the dysfunctional app without no cash back or discounts...

I had a flat tire Just now after 12AM and I drove to three gas stations before I got to this one to find the air machine is actually in service.. when I went inside of the loop shell gas station nobody was in there I said excuse me many times before this guy came running from the back looking like he was sleeping or doing something he didn't have any business and rudely told me in the middle of my sentence to get out of his store and told me he was closed. I asked him for air. He told me it didn't work he was cutting me off before I can even finish talking and shooed me out of the place. Obviously it was open because the doors were unlocked and the air machine did in fact work ..why did he lie to me about the air machine and I told him I had a flat tire? I don't know. I think he was racist because I am a very well kept clean decent person so I don't know why he treated me like I was coming in there to rob the place which I would have done if I wanted to because he wasn't even in the store to begin with. He treated me real hateful and it's sad how he treated me. I literally would've been stranded if I didn't check the machine myself.
