If you need gasoline, fine. But if you care about the appearance of your vehicle at all, for the love of all that is holy do not send it through this “car wash.” Complete waste of time and money. They spray your car down and give it a quick brush by hand, then send it through a wash tunnel that is basically just a limp cloth hanging there that passes over your car. There was still dirt all over after the first time through, which I was able to get off with my finger, so I complained and was told to just go ahead through a second time. There was still dirt after the second time. I complained again and asked for a refund but was told they couldn’t give me one since I already went through twice, as if them not providing the service I paid for after two attempts somehow justified taking my money. I did a visual walk around with a supervisor, pointing out all the areas that were still dirty and even found a PAINT CHIP on my BRAND NEW car that I am 95% certain WAS NOT there when I entered this new hell, but I don’t know how to prove that. They told me the spots were probably sap, and that it wouldn’t just come clean in their car wash - WHAT IS THE POINT OF A CAR WASH THEN? - I even borrowed one of their rags and ended up cleaning spots off my own car while they WATCHED me dumbfounded, and after MUCH deliberation I was finally able to convince them to refund me. I will obviously never go back.

I came here around a year ago and had a good car wash, but in my most recent visit the cleaners missed the bottom part of my car’s rear. That’s the part that is the hardest to clean from natural rain and was the main reason I went 😔
The photo below shows my car back in my garage, there are brown yellow dust stains that were missed

I put gas for my Car, I asked from emplyee to use Bathroom… they did not let me to use bathroom. I was a customer and I bought gas from this Shell Gas station. and they have two bathroom. Why I can not use bathroom??? this is not legal and not professional way for running business. 👎👎👎

The car wash experience was horrible. Waste of $23 and of my time. They couldn’t get my car on the track. They kept insisting that I had my breaks or parking break on. But my car was on neutral. After saying to them that I wasn’t touching my breaks, they still wouldn’t listen. In the end I had to drive through myself and leave. I’ve been to many car washes before, and this is by far the worst place I’ve been to. I got a horrible wash, and the people working were impatient and had a rude tone. Horrible service, only come here if you want to waste money.

As of Friday June 14th, 2024, do not use the car vacuum on the left, by the air/water. Save yourself the time and frustration.

I went through the car wash twice because they weren't thorough enough on getting the car cleaned. I had to clean it more when I got home.

$16 for a drive through wash, and $3 for a vacuum that has zero suction and only lasts 5 minutes. $20 for a clean car on the outside only. Would never come back again. Also all the people that work there are rude and grumpy.

I think I've never seen an automatic car wash this bad before. I just spent $22 on the "top" wash, and my bumpers look like they were never touched. I ended up having to wash them by hand. This is the last time I use this place; it's a joke.

Wasn’t watching my gas gauge. Running on fumes imagine my frustration to learn there pumps were closed and only their car wash was open. Please business update your information especially when your a gas station and not selling gas ?

Une honte ! Un des employés a essayé plusieurs fois notre carte bleue pour utiliser l’aspirateur qui ne fonctionnait pas. Finalement après avoir regardé nos comptes, nous nous rendons compte que nous avons été prélevés 5 fois ! Nous les avons contacté pour remboursement seulement ces derniers ne veulent rien savoir !!
