Car wash was a waste of money. Got a decent one before but this one was awful. Not only that but it’s really slow. There were about 4-5 cars in front of me and it took 30+ minutes to get the front of the line, easily.

Dont come here with a flat tire if you want any help, their air machine is always out. the staff will be nice to your face but when they think you’re out of the store they will proceed to make fun of you if you’re in said situation
Came to this location with a flat tire, asked staff for air they told me air machine was out that i should have seen the sign(when i got back to my car the out of order sign was behind the machine on the floor) i tried to change tire myself and had some issues. So i went back to ask if anyone had a spare jack they said no i was going to leave but wanted to ask if anyone in the store had a jack. when i came back to the front counter the guy that was their was telling the girl which car was mine and laughing like if he were about to tell a joke and looked spooked when i asked if he can ask in the back if they could help me. Very rude

Super fast to fill up here. The fried chicken is awesome. Highly recommend getting the chicken since it's ready to go, fresh and tasty. Fast service. Going from 4 to 5 stars. I've been going here for around 10 years now.

I have no problem with this station. Prices are reasonable, considering no gas prices are reasonable in San Francisco. There are two entrances & exits, new pumps, a convenience store that sells fried chicken, spiffy car wash, & the world's best attendant. Not sure what happened this visit to the soap & squeegee stations. Shell usually has the cleanest soap, water & squeegees.

Hands down the best fried chicken in the city at this Shell. I actually get the fried chicken for breakfast with their coffee and it's the only way to start off the day for me. It tends to cause a bit of stomach pain later in the day because of the heavy grease and acidity from the coffee, but it's well worth it. Treat yourself to some chicken, gas and coffee.

Zero stars, really. I've lived in the area for multiple decades, and I only go if I absolutely have no other options.1. Their carwash WILL damage your car. I had a bunch of sap on my car, so I figured I'd run it through the car wash just to get the worst of it off. Lo and behold, the damn machine rips off my roof mounted antenna. When I went in to complain, the guy said some jibber jabber that was completely unhelpful.2. Need air for your tires? Good luck with that. Every time I go, their machine is out of order. BTW, their machine is a pay machine. I thought it wasn't legal to charge for air at gas stations (I could be wrong). Regardless, it's pretty wrong that their air machine is out of order 100% of the time3. Prices advertised are with a car wash, so it's kinda bait and switch-y. They're not the only gas station to do this, but it's deceptive nonetheless.

Not great Ingres and egress, nice location for locals in Bernal, Noe and the outer Mission, but requires a nervy approach and can be difficult to navigate an exit.
