6am , as a doordasher desperately looking for a bathroom and found this gas station open 24 hours, however, as sweet and polite as I am, when I asked can I use the bathroom? this guy was so rude and replied bathroom is only for customers. Very unwillingly handed me the key. I still replied with a thank you, I’ll buy something. He said ok.
Then I came out bathroom and looking for something to buy and found everything is overpriced so much. 25 cents water is now for $1.25. So I said I will buy a banana. And he looked at me with that contempt and told me next time park my car somewhere else because I parked my car by the gas pump next to their door.
Anyway I came here for shell, because I love shell gas. It’s pricey but good quality but with the way I was treated this morning. I won’t look at the gas station the same way anymore

Non English speaking. Poor service. Almost always sleeping past midnight. Horrible horrible gas station. I hate that this one is so close to my house absolutely dreadful.

WHY THE HELL ARE GAS PRICES STILL OVER $6 HERE?! Almost Oct 2023. There is zero reason. Hit the Chevron on Masonic and Fell OR the gas station on Lincoln and 19th. Skip this place.

Came here on a Thursday morning almost on E after an extremely hectic few days, and the pump didn't work. Partner went inside for help and the guy had no idea what was going on and didn't do anything to help. Now we get to scramble to a different gas station and hope we make it to work on time because apparently we cannot rely on this gas station for gas.

4-21-2021: BEWARE OF THIS GAS STATION: If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid for gas this morning on pump #2 to have no gas go into my car, but to be charged for the amount. I asked the 2 men who were behind the counter to come out to my car to see my gas tank and that the gas meter marker had not reflected that ANY gas had gone into the tank. It also showed on my odometer reading for how many miles left for the tank, which the tank remained the same. He was condescending, rude, and basically told me that I didn't know what I was talking about. He said that it is my car (2017 Lexus hybrid) "taking long for the marker on the gas tank to show the gas on the display." So, the long and the short of it is that NO GAS WENT INTO MY CAR, THEY DID NOT REFUND ME OF OFFER FOR ME TO FILL THE AMOUNT THAT I PAID FOR. I will be reporting them to the SFDPH Public Environmental Section/Weights and Measures at (415)252-3884, and encourage anyone to do so who experiences this dishonest business practice.
