Sunday hours on Google and posted on their own front door say open 10AM-4PM but they were closed up tight when we tried at 11:20

Called the S Van Ness store after having a bad experience at the Geary store. I was immediately impressed during my phone call and quick, and welcoming service answering my questions & delivering exactly what I needed. I can go anywhere but the friendly staff will bring me back for sure!!

Employees were rude, took 2 cashiers 20 minutes to ring up the guy they let jump in front of me and then they took my paint chip into the back, rubbed something red that looks like blood all over it, and then told me that they couldn’t color match it. They totally ruined my paint chip so that I couldn’t get it matched elsewhere. Dudes were rude and unprofessional.

I hired a painter and team to paint my house in San Francisco. I purchased all of my paint from this store and they were always great and respectfully to me every time I came in. Then I find out my painters did a horrible job, I panicked as I know paint is expensive and can be stressful to fix. Ricardo made the process very easy and understood my frustration and I thank him big time. He stayed open for me after hours to help me understand how the paint and layers work and even offered me a discount for all the paint of my home because of the stress I was dealing with. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Hard to find good human beings who can empathize with your struggles and lack of information. I bought more paint and will be coming back again.

I love working with these guys. They are centrally located and they always do their best to accommodate my painters needs. They are very knowledgeable, have the best paint, and problen solve with other locations to find what you need. Great job!

Called Ricardo at 5:30 about if I could get two gallons of paint in a specific color by closing if I got there in 15 minutes. He said yes, and if not he would mix them up in 2 minutes when I got there. Arrived within 15 minutes was told he might not be able to make it. Then after waiting 10 more minutes while he stood around and easily could have made them then at five minutes to closing he told me he wasn't going to make them. Why waste 45 minutes of my time in driving and waiting if he was never going to make them? And why not at least offer to have them ready in the morning for me?

I WANT TO CLARIFY SOMETHING.
I SAID THAT THE STORE, BE VERY ATTENTION BLA BLA BLA.
BUT FROM THAT DAY UNTIL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL, AS THEY FORMALLY AGREED TO DO SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS TELLING ME IF THE COMPLEMENT I AM EXISTING AND I AM STILL LOOKING FOR.
AND THAT I CAME BACK THIS PAST MONDAY THE 21ST OF THE CURRENT MONTH.
I'm going to lower the stars to a minimum.
Now at this moment I am in the store.
I definitely do not recommend going to this place anymore.
I have been thinking for 2 weeks or more that this is the only thing that happens to me.
But I am convinced that the store is of no use!
Do they never have something as simple as spare parts or do they think that everything is already Amazon?
Better close!

Open early at 630 am and closes lat at 7 pm. Eco friendly paint and knowledgeable, attractive staff. Good return and refund policy with 10% off future purchase by becoming a member with zip code, email and telephone.
