Never seen so many grown men begging for semi-gloss. Staff trying to substitute satin because they can't get enough semi-gloss in stock. Borderline scammy. Unless you are a long time customer who gets rock bottom preferred pricing, save the hassle and money and go to HD for Behr Marquee.

I went in Sherman Williams today for the first time to purchase paint for my condo. The agent was kind, patient and helped me to make well informed decisions. I am happy with my purchase and look forward to seeing the paint on the walls.

Had a great experience here. Originally we had gone to a sister store and the paint hadn't matched. Lenny listened to our dilema and gave us some suggestions, he knew his paint very well. He was amazing with assisting us to get the perfect match for our paint.

Been buying paint here for years and usually have a fine experience. Today however I was met with an incredibly condescending young man who was visibly irritated by simple questions to understand the paint I was in need of. Not returning to this store.

Never was a fan of their paint but I will never use them. They hire incompetent drivers who do not follow the law. This guy who drives for them always taking the short cuts. What was amazing us I caught him twice one cutting on the right to bypass waiting in line to get thru the light and a second time a week later in Millbrae running red lights.

Staff is friendly, but this store suffers from poor inventory management. I prefer other SW locations, even though this store is closer, because even the most basic types of paint are often not in stock. Make sure you call ahead or you will waste your time coming here. Management could do much better.

I’ve been to a few SW stores just out of convenience and which part of the city I’m in. All the employees are nice but Jason helped me with a sample today and his knowledge of stuff and ability to help was on a totally different level. Thanks man!
