Online customer. Good enough prices and delivery, but unable to activate a "Smart and Final Advantage" card for my shopping. What is the problem? I cannot go into the store, as I am a bit wobbly at ninety. I need the discounts.

I love this store because of the affordable and reasonable prices. But they have one problem: parking. Many people who work nearby or live in the area, park their vehicles in this parking lot, so store customers cannot park there. They should pay attention because it takes a lot of time and it creates inconvenience for the store's main customers.

It's a typical Smart&Final in terms of selection and prices: good prices, especially with sales; good selection except sale items ifter run out.Good service, and clean store.

I always love shopping here. Prices are a little lower then the big box stores with a good variety. Their house brands are as good as the name brands. The staff is always helpful and happy.

I’m a Whole Foods / Trader Joe’s snob. And I’m kind of kicking myself for reviewing this place publicly, because I think it’s one of the Richmond’s best-kept secrets.Awesome grocery selection. Fresh produce. All the items I usually buy at Costco in bulk, minus a few very special Kirkland brands. This place has made me reconsider canceling my Costco membership.

Please avoid this particular Smart & Final, located at 7th Avenue between Clement & Geary in San Francisco. Only bought one packet of lunch meat, but they decided to scam me! They charged me TWICE for the SAME product. The cashiers are unhappy working there and could care less about the customers! AVOID SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION!!

Advertises prices that are supposedly much lower than bigger box markets, but prices seem the same or even more. For example, pita chips, bread, milk are in line with prices from big box markets. I thought Smart & Final would be much cheaper, but it isn't.The produce seems fresh, so that part is good. Ample parking that can be accessed from either 6th or 7th Avenue. Several cashiers open at the time, so the wait was minimal.

The problems with Smart and Finals have nothing to do with the store itself. It's the type of people they attract. Half the time I'm there, a fight nearly breaks out in the line over who was there first, or a fight nearly breaks out in the lot over a parking space. Unfortunately, t's the only place I know that carries 24pack cases of many different energy drinks flavors.

The store offers less good deals ever since it introduces reward card. Don't want a store app on my phone--and not many good deals even if I installed it. That said, I still go there for a few basic items since their price are competitive. Good service and responsive staff.

Clean store with a large selection of food, drinks, and kitchen equipment, parking for customers, and bulk sizes of things like ketchup packets and napkins for businesses. Things are usually fairly priced. In my experience, items under the store brand, First Street, match or exceed the quality of name brand products. Fresh produce can usually be found for lower prices at smaller stores nearby. There is a paid parking lot for customers and I've never seen it full. There is also a public restroom at the back of the store. Also, there are wines, a coffee grinder, dry ice, and a water jug refilling machine outside that charges by the gallon.

A lot of decent priced stuff. But some things are ridiculously priced like eggs.
