Now this scummy company isn’t just going after cars who are stuck in traffic, but also going after easy Waymo’s on pick-ups and drop-offs.
One thing I have to say is, I’m completely blown away that these AI cars are able to out think a towing company and still divert their attempts. AI = 1, Specialty Towing =0. Speaks more on the drivers of you ask me.

Do not recommend thieves. They’ll tow your car illegally and try to tell you it’s legal. The FBI raided their site. Be careful when conducting business.

The company's phone numbers are not answered. At night they refused to give out the car, although the opening hours were stated around the clock. why so?

They were caught on the news trying to tow and kidnap a woman in her car while she was stopped at a stoplight. They also got raided by the FBI, hopefully they get shut down.

These guys are amazing, very fast very efficient very professional. You would think that there's not big deal in giving or getting good customer service but so not true. AAA should learn from this company.

This is a piece of crap company. I got to the location before the stated lunch hour but still had to wait over 40 minutes. Had to call the main location and the Alameda location multiple times.When an employee finally came out he lied about his name and then said a name proud of it. Said if I complained use his name. Sad ass company. Dont use them if you can avoid it.Employee's name was Niko/Vin, if that can be believed.
