Went in to buy a charger. Lady asked me, if needed help. I said yes I needed a charger. When l bought it the part for the cigarette lThe guy saw me looking in the box. He said the card does not come with it. That was okI said l didn't know. They Stated pointing to the the display. Just their tone. Took a whileShe act as though she was half dead. Complaing about how she had to ring up the sale. I cursed them and thru the boxes on the table. She said she hope it did work.The energy of them two was like snake venom. Teach them how to treat the publicNOT TRY TO HANDLE THEM. THEY DO NOT LIKE THEIR JOB. VERY OBVIOUS. GOOD LUCK TO THEM PEOPLE.

After 5 years of T Mobiles mediocre coverage I switched my 9 phone lines to AT&T no more dropped calls. I should have made the change long ago.

I was canceling my home internet service as I sold my home and thought I could simply drop it off at a store on my way to the airport, turns out I was wrong. I called the store and they let me know I had to call in to cancel the service and they would email me a shipping label to drop it off at UPS. I was on my way to the airport so Jeff said to stop by the store and he would help me out. There was no line when I walked in to the store and Jeff had me email the return receipt to him and he quickly printed it, got an appropriately sized box, and packing material, and even taped it up and sent me on my way to the UPS store just down the street.

Was trying to get an Iphone and the lady that attended me seemed bothered that I was asking questions. Horrible service, save yourself a trip and don't go there.

Don't come to this branch. I have never had such a negative interaction in under 2 min. There were 6 people just sitting, so not super busy time it seems. Went in to pick up tmobile Tuesday mug. They had it in stock and when I pulled it up on my phone and it said expired, he took it back saying I can only get it on Tuesdays that's why it's called tmobile Tuesdays. Another lady was explaining its only 1 day usually for next time, and he already turned around and took back the mugs mumbling under his breath. I probably redeem a couple of tmobile offers a year since not all the gifts are useful to me. I have never gone on day of and always got them if they were available. Not sure why I had to be treated like this over free mugs..
