I've had to make a claim with them for a computer purchase. It quit working and couldn't be repaired, they handled it quickly, and I was made whole with a few simple steps..... they returned the money that I paid for it very quickly. I plan to use them with all future purchases. Very satisfied.

I swear by square trade they even work with my home warranty. The costumer service is great. I would recommend you get your extended warranty on products you value. And i highly recommend square trade if you do. I give them 2 thumbs up and 5 stars.

The Allstate Eyeglasses Protection Plan is excellent and easy to use. I purchased this plan at Sam's Club when I bought my eyeglasses from Sam's Club. The eyeglasses I purchased had very thin frames, and they broke near the hinge under normal use. This plan reimbursed me for the entire cost of the eyeglasses, including lenses, and they did so rapidly and easily using their online claim system. I received a check by mail within one week. I'm so glad I purchased this l plan!

The claim filing for my damaged/flashing screen Moto G Power phone (2020 version) was so easy, in such a short moment. My follow up questions were answered, too, in just one call, such as, if my phone is dropped, damaged, or broken once more, can it be replaced again; the answer was Yes. I did not even give the claim number that CC gave me at first. The staff is well coordinated with Consumer Cellular, my cellphone carrier. They care, are compassionate, are very concerned that we are satisfied with the claim and service. Thank you, Square Trade!

I gave four stars because interacting just with the website was not a good experience. However, once I was able to chat with a representative, the experience was much better and my issue was resolved and handled in a professional, helpful manner. So my experience started off bad but ended with a great resolution.

Claim process is a breeze. Most of the time it was automatic. I got the approval in less than half an hour. The claim check came after a few days. Through out the entire process, I received email communications. It was a very positive experience. So highly recommended.

I always purchase the additional warranty through Square Trade. This time it was Allstate protection through Square Trade for an electronics piece. Always excellent service and top tier communication throughout the process of a claim. I can't think of one thing that could have been improved. Who doesn't love efficiency!

GreetingsI am sending this email in recognizing Ms. Alicia a customer service representative.She quickly, efficiently, and thoughtfully took care of a previously filed claim for me today.This claim was originally filed last week and has taken several days to process when it should have only taken a day or two. The Allstate protection plan is very good. They service my claim quick the only thing I didn't like was the fact that when my product broke down I contacted Allstate to file my claim but since the product was under manufacturer warranty, Allstate told me that I had to go through the manufacturer and have them fix it but when I contacted the manufacturer, they told me that they don't repair their products you have to go to the store you brought it from. To keep from going back and forth I waited for the manufacturer warranty to expire so I can't finally file my claim through my Allstate protection plan.

They sent a repairman out twice and replaced the refrigerator when the second trip didn't fix the problem. The only reason it isn't a 5 star rating is because of having to go through the protection plan instead of direct to service. After repair came out, it would have been easier to deal with them. They were great about replacing the refrigerator. Everyone I dealt with at Fair Trade was very pleasant and understanding.

I purchased the accident protection plan when I bought my daughter's laptop. When it was eventually damaged, I submitted a claim through the web site, was answered by email within 24h, and sent a shipping label to return it for evaluation. When it was determined that it was irreparable, I received a check for the purchase price in 7 business days.

Ordered the Roomba as a present, it wasn't opened and discovered not working until AFTER the 30 day return period. So the seller & e-bay not only screwed us but referred us to the policy we paid for with you. NOW you are refusing to help us. SO, WE'VE BEEN SCREWED OUT OF A BRAND NEW VACUUM CLEANER AND THE INSURANCE POLICY TO PROTECT IT. $520.00 AND IT NEVER WORKED ONCE. Y'ALL CAN ALL GO SCREW

Always buy an Allstate / Square Trade warranty / insurance plan whenever they are available, great value, great customer service. Truly a no-brainer for me. Took all of seven minutes on the phone to verify the information. Received my check in less than a week, already had the replacement unit purchased with the additional coverage. Win-win!!!

Allstate Protection Plan sold at Walmart for electronic products. Making a claim is an easy online process, with clear instructions, multiple choices for refund, and just a really valuable coverage. The few dollars you pay for insurance is well worth the return! I get insurance coverage on ALL the cordless products that I purchase because they are the items most likely to not work after a brief period of time.
