Decent amount of time to get specialty coffee, but they forgot the vanilla in my latte and then addition was barely a half squirt and definitely not worth the price. This whole location seemed dirty and floor and tables needed better cleaning. Ant not with dirty towels as you could see and feel stickiness everywhere. Even the front door needed help.

This is my favorite Starbucks of all time. The baristas are so friendly and they always ensure quality and great customer service. Although they do get busy during rush hour, it’s so worth it! I have been here so many times, it’s a great place to study, relax, and hangout with friends.

5 stars to the morning crew! I'm sorry for my early uber eats orders but I appreciate whoever makes my drinks Monday- Friday around 9am!!! :) it's the only thing i look forward to in the morning and it's always perfect! i am truly obsessed with the iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso

On wed @7:50 , this happened to me . I don't like to leave bad reviews due to the fact that I don't throw down nobodies hustle but this lady in the green, I asked her hey, how long with the order take for my Uber eats she basically said if I can't wait, then I could cancel the order that somebody else could pick it up. My question was how long will it take and she automatically responded with that I told her you don't need to talk to me like and honestly me being a Uber eats driver and a customer from Starbucks I do not condoled this. I understand that they're very busy, but I do not accept the fact that she literally responded back with unnecessary bad attitude. I would like for Starbucks employees to have respect because they didn't respect me instead, she turned around after me and her talked and started giggling with all the other girls that is so immature and so not professional.

They don't even bother with asking for names which leads to the customer having to hang around the counter and wonder if the order is ready.

Honestly don't know why this place has such low reviews. I know my review won't do much but it's just something to let the baristas know they're doing a great job. I come here almost every morning before work when I find the time and there's never been a bad experience. All and I mean every single one of the baristas that are there when I come in are so nice and sweet, and they get my drink correct every time! The vibe in there is always pretty tame since I'm usually there when it's not too busy. Really one of the only starbucks locations I like going to :)

Customer service is the worst. Apparently 10-15 minutes really means 20-25 minutes. And Apparently heating something takes 2 minutes but I have to wait 20 minutes for them to get there stuff together.

I did order drinks through Starbucks app and I didn’t have to wait while I came. Friendly staffs there. Nice decorations inside.

I asked for 5 different drinks and extra sugar for each drink, and a sticker to stop the leak during the driving . And they get mad, day find that im asking to much.(Responsible do the test send a friend of you to ask for that order an you will see what im talking about).

Then staff here are super nice. I can't find a site for the customer service. Maybe this team can forward my critique to headquarters on my behalf. Contacted customer svce. and spoke to Joy on 5-23. She searched for my account for 35 minutes. My phone was draining and I didn't have a charger on my phone inside my car. I asked several times if she can escalate my issue to a Supervisor. It took her an additional 15 minutes when she contacted a supervisor. Johnny came on the phone and my issue was resolved in 10 minutes. I did an online survey and related the problem with Joy. Was given a case number to my email. Here's the kicker. The next day I received a SURVEY from customer service without addressing my problem about Joy. No acknowledgement, didn't answer or address my concern. Even if they sent a standard response that corporations usually do, "We apologize for the inconvenience. We always try to meet our customers' standards. We will forward your complaint regarding Joy to her supervisor. We hope to live up to your expectations on your next visit, blah blah blah". I recall experiencing this with Delta Dental customer service but they're the shits anyway but not from Starbucks. Of course I put NO my issue wasn't resolved. I put in the comments you "you wasted my time and didn't address my issue". Fortunately when I spoke to Johnny, the Supervisor, he said he will email my issue about Joy to her Supervisor. I hope he did what he said he'll do. WTF, sending a survey when you didn't do s**** What the hell is going on with customer service at Starbucks? Update, I was distressed I contacted another Supervisor and spoke to Katy A. She forwarded my complaint to her team and loaded my card with compensation for a free drink. Johnny, the first Supervisor should have done that. There were clerks who compensated me in the past when I complained about an issue. Surely a Supervisor who's in a higher position could've comp me for a complimentary drink. Restaurants do this all the time, certainly not uncommon.

Everyone!!! Do not go to this location. I ordered Venti Carmel Macchiato at 8:32. I picked up 8:57, my drink look Grande size instead of venti size. Guys!!! Do not go to this store…
