What the EFF happened here. It used to be good when Rodrigo was still around but I haven't seen him in months. The baristas here all run around like chickens with their heads cut off and as a former barista, it is pretty clear most of them do not have proper training. It's evident that most of them are standing around not knowing what they are doing. Annette is the rudest woman I have ever met in my life. She already has no idea what she's doing and makes everyone feel on edge just from her lack of confidence. I think she is a manager of some sort because she doesn't wear the typical Starbucks uniform, but if you're management, you really need to learn how to get your team in better shape. This lady just looks like an emotional wreck and I even witnessed her arguing with customers. It's just so pathetic. The manager of the unit, Mohamed, is also ridiculously incompetent. Half the time, he's just on his phone and not helping his workers. Idk if it's Macy's or Starbuck's that employs these bozos, but I guess they're really just handing out jobs to anyone these days. Wake up and smell the (horribly made) coffee and FIRE these people before this ship sinks further into the abyss.

Far below Starbucks standard. Went to get a coffee before hitting the road back to LA and if I knew that I will get this coffee I wouldn't even bother to stop. I threw my coffee straight in the bin after one sip. Soy milk contained some vanilla sugar syrup which was disgusting, not to mention they burnt the milk (to the point that I couldn't hold the cup) whilst steaming it. Had to stop in another coffee house before hitting the road.

Everybody in this Starbucks literally is the rudest people that has ever existed specifically Tony and Cassandra have the biggest attitude issues that I've ever known of. They take so long to finish any orders and are completely inconsiderate and frugal with all of the ingredients.

So I totally understand that this Starbucks is busy, but the one in my hometown is much busier. they got my drink order wrong twice, and the wait was way too long. It took them 10 minutes to restock the cups. TEN!!!

The worst Starbucks experience ever... I understand they are busy, but that doesn't mean they should be rude the two ladies on a Sunday afternoon @1:00pm wore super rude. I asked for an empty cup for the coffee and latte that I purchased and she kept asking me $1.00 I gave her and she give me a plastic cup not even asking me whether I want a paper or plastic. I told her can you give me a paper and she asked me for more money. This is not how Starbucks should operate.

Worst service ever. Been going to Starbucks for years daily and this has to be the worst service ever. The staff member Wyatt had an attitude and was not willing to help. Avoid this Starbucks.

Purchased a thermal flask here and ordered a frappuccino with it but to my disappointment, the coffee was really poorly made. It was neither frappuccino nor tasty. I had to dispose my drink and it's the first time experiencing this especially when I've been a member of Starbucks for many years.

This place is a one star. The workers were rude and I saw a worker wipe the table with a wet dirty towel and continued making drinks and heating food. I ordered dragon drink and it tasted like water.

On April 23, I was visiting San Francisco with my brother for a few hours, and we decided to get Starbucks. I ordered a coldbrew with salted foam, and extra foam (my usual), they charged me for the extra foam (which is fine) and then made my drink with basically zero foam. I was appalled. I asked them to remake my drink. Immediately after I could see it was light colored and still with very very minimum foam. I took a sip and it was watered down and didn't taste like coffee! I normally have wonderful service at Starbucks, but I was really upset. I didn't want to be that person asking for them to remake the drink but it was very unacceptable and I payed money for this. So I asked for a refund and they said, they couldn't give it to me because the manager wasn't there. I had to order a different drink, which wasn't good either but at this point I've wasted over half an hour having my worst Starbucks experience ever when I was only visiting SF for 6 hours. I will definitely never go to Starbucks in SF again.
