Horrible!! Rude service!! Homosexual baristas.. with serious attitude!!! Very entitled! They don't listen to instructions!! I pay $10 for a cup of coffee I expect it to be correct! Don't go here. Plus they are super messy!! They tried over charging me! And would not make the drink correct! When I asked for my money back I was given a bunch of smart mouth comments! Then they tried to only give me $12 back when I had paid $22 for my two drinks!! I instructed the baristas 3 times on how to make my drink and He(or whatever he identifies as) could not understand the words coming out of my mouth!!!

This is a nice spacious starbucks. The atmosphere definitely invites to bring your laptop and chill for awhile with a cup of coffee.But:Parking is extremely hard to find. With all the neighboring businesses it’s a very competitive area as far as finding parking. And parking enforcement is very much present.The location was not slammed with people so there’s an opportunity for them to do some quick maintenance on the customer areas.I was greeted with a smile and the person was patient with me. So overall definitely worth the four stars.Parking: First come first serve and pay attention to your signs.

Bad attitude and service here. Came for my mobile order. Said my name to a male worker with a white mask and hair in a bun. Got ignored. Then placed my order on the counter as if I was invisible. Asked for Ice water twice. Then finally decided to make it and whisper ice water and left it on the counter. While the whole time I was standing in front of Mobile Order Counter. Order light water in my tea got extra instead.

The staff at this Starbucks location is an always amazing - great experience experience. I get greeted by my first name and always with professional service. The best!

They have a decent work space and staff is fairly friendly here. The issue is I have worked from here a few times and am always worried about getting my laptop snatched. It's been happening more and more lately so I would be careful with your belongings

The male barista wasn't friendly. I told him to have a nice day but I received no acknowledgement. At the 19th Avenue store and at the Geary Blvd. store, the team are courteous and friendly. The tumblers are locked behind plastic cases. This is odd as this isn't Walgreens where there's smash and grab thefts at most of the stores. Unsettling. Sends a message to us customers the neighborhood isn't safe as evidenced by a previous commenter who said someone stole a customer's laptop at this store.

I placed an order for two items this morning, and unfortunately, they were prepared incorrectly. When I brought this to the barista's attention, I noticed she had a rather unsettling attitude while remaking my oatmeal. To my surprise, she slid the unclosed oatmeal across the countertop. I asked if it was my order, but she responded with mumbling and anger. I was taken aback by her behavior. I inquired if her way of preparing food was standard, and she reacted rudely, mocking me in her tone.I explained to her that her attitude was unfortunate and walked away to speak with another team member. However, WINME took it upon herself to yell across the store and insert herself into my conversation, causing confrontation and creating a disruptive environment for others waiting in the store. Despite my efforts to avoid further engagement, WINME continued with interjections and even accused me of harassment.I felt deeply disappointed and disrespected by this whole experience. WINME displayed zero customer service skills and showed an inability to communicate without hostility towards customers, even at 6:20 AM. I regret leaving a tip as the service was extremely terrible and did not meet my expectations.
