Note: I did not see a handicap accessible/automatic door at this location. Please be aware if you are venturing in with a wheelchair, stroller or other device. Having said that people are in and out and someone could hold a door open in a pinch. There is omg booth seating against the floor to ceiling window/wall to the left hand you enter. There are about seven or so tiny round tables against the booths with single chair on the other sides. The tables are so close together. Typically single customers find a seat against the window/wall and the chairs on the other side of the small table are not taken but it would be awkward to sit there given how small the tables are. They could use some single person seating as the tables seem like wasted space. The staff are friendly. The service is fast. I love their matcha and they are never too crowded. Street parking only. This Starbucks is also very clean and actually has bathrooms!

I go in to this Starbucks almost every morning and order the same drink I been ordering for years. On NYE, I came in and ordered my regular ice coffee except this time, my drink was made incorrectly. So I politely asked the barista if she can make me the correct drink. This barista has always been extremely rude - one time I asked her for a straw and she was so annoyed that she had to give me one because she made a loud sigh and then threw the straw on the table and walked away. One time I asked her if she could stir my drink because she gave me my ice coffee half black and half white - she stirred the coffee for me and never once said one word or even looked at me - even when I said thank you, she just walked away. She has absolutely no customer service skills and she gives off the most negative energy every morning. Her name is Yan - something - she’s Latina with long brown hair with bangs and big round glasses. On NYE when I asked this barista to remake my drink correctly she said, “I’ll take care of it”. So I waited about 10 minutes or so and noticed that the place was almost empty and I didn’t see anyone correcting my drink, so I walk up to the register and asked if my drink was finished - the barista (Yan- something) pointed to a plastic cup filled with a bunch of coffee syrup. My complaint was that my coffee was missing several pumps of syrup and I cannot measure the sweetness of the drink by just pouring a cup filled with syrup in my coffee because there were several pumps of syrup in my coffee already. So I asked again if she can just remake my drink correctly and she responded by saying, “why!? So you can waste all my coffee syrup” I responded back by saying, “you know what, never mind, I’ll just call your manager. She responded by saying, “go ahead” - the outcome - I just threw the coffee away and walked out. A waste of time and money. Starbucks please do better and stop hiring miserable people.

It was Starbucks. It got really busy right after I placed my order and people who came in after I got their orders before I did. My sammich was ready they were just waiting for someone else to get my coffee. Missed my bus.

I have the starbucks app on my phone and always place my order right before heading to work.Parking: My go to beverage in the morning is the caramel brul'ee latte.

I've been to this Starbucks several times and each experience has been unique. I prefer to do mobile order as I've encountered long lines and/or chaotic customers in the morning hours. I usually like to order the breakfast sandwiches or pastries but often times the ones I want are sold out. There have been a couple instances where I came to pick up my mobile order and not one person greeted me or confirmed my order, so I simply grabbed my drink and left. Not the best pick up system imo cus it feels like anyone can easily take your order and walk out.

The coffee was ok- but as objects do, it absorbed the energy from its surroundings, turning it bland, mediocre and a smidge rude!

I get an ice coffee with a shot here every once in a while. Usually they get it right but for some reason they demolished my order last time lol. It was totally wrong. They even gave the espresso as a shot on the side so they had to mix it in for me to try to fix the order. I mean every other time they understood so I guess it's prolly just someone new.Dietary restrictions: I ask for Splenda on the side. Usually they get it right. Last time they added stevia in the drink instead.

I ordered 5 items they give me 4 ,I left tips and was clear when ordering, when I sad let me see my receipt that I can check I wasn’t charged for that the lady working “yenesley” wearing corrective eye glasses told me “ you don’t have to be rude “ by the way most of Starbucks workers as like “yenesley” always ignorant and disrespectful to costumers , please put managers that they can change things.

2nd time in a row my non-complicated drink was made wrong. First: venti Black tea lemonade w/ xtra tea- received no lemonade. Second: Grande oat milk Chai latte with a chai tea bag- received a tea misto with 1 tea bag (a grande chai misto comes with 2 tea bags by default so it was too hot AND to weak.

I've got no complaints, and feel bad that other reviewers had a different experience. I went in on an early Saturday afternoon & the lines were short, cashier was friendly, place was clean, plenty of napkins, straws, drinks arrived a tad slow, seats were available. Wait... seats??!!! I thought Starbucks had ripped out all the seats in their shops! So glad I could sit down inside, since the shop is adjacent to busy Van Ness Ave, full of noise & pollution, & absolutely no place to sit down.In a perfect world they would put out a couple bottles of sanitizer.
