Honestly, my bad review is due to their structure during Sneaker releases. When you arrive at the store, let’s say an hour before opening, there are at least 20 chairs chained up, or roped up together for groups of people sitting in their cars. Most of the chairs are ghost chairs where people are not sitting in them. Sometimes there’s one person with five chairs, and upon the store opening at least 10 people cut in front of the line. I wish things would go back to raffles to avoid these scenarios.
In the future, I will update this review for when I do an in-store purchase.

I placed an order last night, for two hoodies and two pairs of jeans. They canceled my order and responded to my email saying my order is similar to fraud orders in the past so they’re unable to move forward with my order or any future orders. I have never shopped with you before and I’m banned for placing an order. These guys are ridiculous.

What was shaping to be a poor experience turned out to be a great example of customer service in ecommerce. I was gifted a pair of shoes for Xmas, they were purchased three weeks before I received them. They ended up being the wrong size due to incorrect sizing on their website. After exchanging a few emails they agreed to a refund which I was both surprised and pleased with. Would shop with Stashed SF online again!

They need really need to control the fcfs releases. There is always people cutting the line and the employee instead of telling them to go back of the line, they just starting talking to them and let them cut the line. I like how they randomly drop something and post 10-15 min before store opening, but when they announce the release on IG couple days before, same people always leave the ghost chairs and store doesn’t not do anything about that

Ordered a Stone Island sweater online and got it yesterday, shipping took almost a week but considering I'm on the East Coast that's to be expected. Very happy with the item and it was a great price!EDIT: Ordered another sweater because I liked the first one so much, and then got a cancellation email two days later citing stock issues. It seems I’m not the first person to have this problem and it’s totally soured me on shopping here again. If you want to be a high-end clothing store sort your stock out!!!!

Terrible company that does not accept exchange or refunds. I ordered an Astros baseball cap and realized I ordered the wrong size by mistake. Contacted stash about making an exchange and they said all sales are final. What reputable company doesn’t offer exchanges or refunds. Never again will I purchase from them. They say to protect the integrity of the product? The hat is new and unworn. I can send the product back first for inspection before you send out a new one. But that option was not offered. A company with service like this, I can almost bet will not be open for long.

Buyer beware! This company has terrible customer service/policies. I purchased an Astros hat and realized it was the wrong size when I tried it on. Contacted Stash about doing an exchange for the right size and they said no refunds or exchanges allowed. Now I'm stuck with a cap that doesn't fit me. Never again will I do business with such a whack company

If you purchase something from their site, make sure you really want it because they will not let you cancel even if you contact them within seconds of placing your order.

I purchased an item from them & was not satisfied at all with the purchase as soon as I received them. I sent them a message saying I will be returning the shoes & they proceeded to tell me that they have a no return policy regardless if they were unopened or not to my satisfaction. Then they went on a diatribe about Mega Corporations & blaming them for my request to simply return an unopened un satisfactory item. Don't recommend their shoes or location at all. Accountability goes a long way.

This company has a 7 day return policy for online purchases. They request that you email them for a code. Unfortunately, they do not return emails or phone calls. Their customer service is nonexistent. I do not recommend buying from this company.

Great store. Great collection. My first time at the location. Went for an in store pick up and didn’t expect the store to look so polished yet have a lot of great offerings. Will definitely come back. Customer service was also great.
